In a cozy atmosphere, under the guidance of a talented chef, participants will discover the art of traditional Italian cooking. From crafting fresh, homemade pasta to mastering the classic dessert, tiramisù, and sampling some of the finest DOC wines, this experience is truly special.
The journey begins with pasta-making: the chef will guide participants through mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough, followed by preparing delectable sauces to enhance the dish. Gain hands-on experience in making sauces like tomato or Alfredo.
Next, delve into creating the iconic tiramisù. With the chef’s expert instruction, learn to layer mascarpone cream, perfectly soak ladyfingers, and assemble this cherished Italian dessert.
Throughout the class, enjoy a selection of Italian wines: 1 Rosé, 2 Whites, 1 Red, and to conclude, a typical Roman wine. The experience concludes with a traditional limoncello, finishing the meal in true Italian fashion.
