  A Bolognese oenologist will introduce you to the basics of sensory analysis, enabling you to evaluate the four wines according to professional tasting criteria.
  Afterwards, join your friends in the final vote and celebrate the historical reality that brought your favorite wine to life. Additionally, Giancarlo will reveal how native vines express themselves on different terroirs, depending on the winemaking method, to create a unique result in each bottle.
