Pasta making morning turns into a tasty afternoon - Loved learning from Chef Antonio. He is knowledgeable, passionate about pasta making, and very funny. This was a highlight of our trip, a beautiful afternoon with a delicious, satisfying ending. ***very important, if you have any allergies or food intolerances, inform Antonio beforehand, so that adjustments are made. His "lab" is cute, quaint, and offers a glimpse into Bologna apartment living. Very cozy.

Good time - Super fun! Learned a lot. Antonio was very kind, funny, nice, and helpful. It was just my partner and I, so only 2 people. It's a small kitchen, so not sure about larger groups. You're in an apartment. I like the neighborhood. Cool part of town that has an artsy vibe. Enjoyed walking around after the class. It was 4hrs, which includes eating. Located in a walk up building. He might be on the 4th floor?

An extraordinary culinary experience! An amazing shared moment! - An extraordinary experience!
Not only did we learn how to cook ragu bolognese, tortelloni and tagliatelle, with all the little tips and tricks of Antonio but we feasted and spent an incredible time in the company of Antonio who is a colorful character, a very funny storyteller, a real well of knowledge in cooking, in history.
We highly recommend!

One of my favorite... - One of my favorite experienced in Bologna. You have a personalized class with a chef that owned a local restaurant. You're taught everything from creating a ragu to building dough (properly) to rolling and cutting for parpadelle. You even create a few tortollinos for a second helping of food. It was amazing and the chef was the best part. He was a genuine great guy who i had a wonderful chat with me about MLB baseball. Highly recommend for foodies. Learnign chefs. And jus those that want to enjoy a dofferent side of cuisine.

Cooking has never been so fun! - Antonio was an absolute delight. Not only a talented professional chef, but so friendly and personable. My brother and I went together and we had a fabulous time with Antonio. We will definitely be visiting him again on our next visit to Italy. The recipes we made were absolutely delicious and we’re very happy to bring the recipes home with us to share with our family and friends. Highly recommend.

Antonio was great in... - Antonio was great in every interaction, from before the class he messaged to introduce himself and provided clear instruction on what we would be cooking and helpful instructions to get to his place.
You can tell Antonio has a love for cooking as his enthusiasm and storytelling make you laugh and demonstrate his passion for his role. Thank you for an amazing class.

The food was delicious... - The food was delicious and Antonio was a wonderful host! Antonio was very knowledgable, and friendly, had lots of interesting stories to share, and gave us tips for our time in Bologna. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable evening Antonio! Best class and best chef ever! - We loved our class with Antonio! He taught us a lot about pasta and ragù and was an entertaining and informative teacher. He is so warm and friendly. If you are considering taking a pastas-making class in Bologna, DO NOT miss this class with Antonio!! We highly recommend him. Our time with Antonio was the highlight of our stay in Bologna.

Pasta and fun - Excellent few hours in the company of Antonio. We made a ragu for the tagliatelle that we made and a butter sauce for the tortelloni. Would say the main exercise was making the 2 pastas from scratch. Loads of helpful hints on the way before tucking in with a bottle of wine at the end.
Apart from the food aspect Antonio is an interesting and knowledgeable guy to chat to. We went way over the alloted time. Was about a 20 minutes walk from heart of Bologna. Would recommend no problem.
