The session starts with crafting traditional egg pasta dough using fresh, simple ingredients and the classic techniques of Emilia-Romagna cuisine. Under the guidance of your local host, participants will learn to knead, roll, shape, and cut pasta by hand, just as Italian grandmothers have done for generations.
Based on the chosen menu, different pasta shapes and sauces will be prepared, while exploring the traditions, stories, and culinary secrets of each recipe. Participants will practice making filled pasta, long pasta, and traditional regional shapes, learning how various sauces complement each dish perfectly.
This hands-on experience is designed to be interactive, relaxed, and suitable for all skill levels. With a maximum of 4 participants, each guest receives personalized attention and ample time to practice.
