Delt transport fra Napoli til Sorrento - Alfredo picked us up at the airport 45 min before the time that was planned. He was a excellent driver and told us many interresting thing.

Vincenzo was our driver... - Vincenzo was our driver to Sorrento and he was great!! He even went over and above and dropped us at our exact location as a courtesy to us!! And his car was spotless

Great option if you want... - Great option if you want to easily get to Sorrento from Naples after your flight. The driver was great, he clearly communicated the time of pickup and the location at the airport. He arrived on time and our trip to Sorrento was as described tome wise. Would book again !

Long day gorva short stay - Patient and communication was pretty good. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, but we had decided to have the pickup later anyway. Switched vehicles and a driver in Sorrento and we were at our destination in 15 minutes. Traffic is crazy. Naples to Sorrento is 2 hours!

My fight into Naples was... - My fight into Naples was 2.5 hours late with my luggage lost, so I did not use my transfer booking as they cannot wait. However I was advised my driver’s name and his location via WhatsApp. The team were compassionate with my stressful arrival into Naples

Could have advised of late driver - Scheduled for the 10am pick up. Our flight arrived at 8am - so we patiently waited where we were told. 10am came and went, we called after 20 minutes to enquire if our driver was late and were told oh, yeah, he’s in traffic. I had downloaded WhatsApp for the purpose of communicating with tours and transport, so they could have contacted me to let me know that. Finally at 11, we were on our way to Sorrento. Communication was awful. The driver didn’t speak to us or show us any sites along the way like some other reviews have stated. European time is not what Americans are used to - so if you use this car service just know/realize things happen.

Unhappy! Next time get a private driver! - Driver was pleasant and on time to pick us up but dropped us off blocks from our hotel. There were many stairs to get us down to the street we needed then 4 blocks to the hotel. Luggage was very heavy and my husband had trouble walking. We were very unhappy! People need to be informed they may not be dropped off at their hotel!

Delayed Flight and No Refund Given - Flight was delayed 3 hours so we missed our ride. No refund given. No empathy. No help to make things right. Just took our money and ran.

Disappointed - Our flight was canceled and they could not accommodate our change in arrival so we lost our money and had to pay $175 to get a new transfer.
