fantastic experience! - OMG, The best experience of our trip! Vincenzo and chef Alberto were absolutely fantastic! The pasta was perfection and the family farm gathering our ingredients and history of their farm was just incredible! I would highly recommend!

Tropea - Cooking Class - I highly recommend booking the cooking class in the Tropea countryside—both Enzo and Alberto were fantastic hosts. The experience begins with a guided tour of Alberto’s family’s organic farm, which has been passed down for generations. Alberto explained everything in Italian while Enzo translated into English, making sure we could ask as many questions as we liked. The tour was not only informative but also lighthearted and fun, as both of them knew how to keep everyone laughing and engaged. We then made two types of fresh pasta, perfectly demonstrated by Alberto and clearly explained by Enzo. No matter your skill level, they were incredibly attentive and ready to help at any moment. Throughout the class, we were treated to generous pours of local wine, and after preparing the pasta, we enjoyed delicious appetisers while waiting for dinner to be served. This was by far the highlight of our stay in Tropea. I would absolutely do this experience again. To make it even more convenient, Enzo personally picked us up and dropped us off at our chosen location.

Great cooking class!! - This was such a great experience ! We learned about Albertos family farm and were able to pick fresh produce from the gardens to cook with. Enzo and Alberto did an amazing job putting this cooking experience together, we also had fun meeting others through this experience.. I would highly reccomend!

If we weren't so far away we'd try everything Enzo offers. - Service, communication and the whole process worked great. Especially in the small group we were able to exchange ideas.

Highlight of our trip! - We had the pleasure of joining Cook Mediterranean in Tropea, and it was amazing. From the moment we arrived, Enzo welcomed us with warmth and making us feel at home. He was a fantastic host who made the experience memorable for everyone. Alberto was truly inspiring showing us his home grown produce. Despite the language barrier, he connected beautifully with our daughters (ages 7 and 10), making them feel completely involved. I was initially worried that the experience might not be suited for children, but I didn’t need to worry - they went out of their way to create a magical, hands-on experience for our us — something we will remember forever. Both of my girls even tried everything they picked and made! My mother also felt warmly included throughout the day. The experience was designed to cater to a wide range of ages — from young children to grandparents — and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. All the food was organic and fresh, grown by Alberto himself. It was fantastic to be part of the process from garden to plate. We learned how to make fileja and tagliatelle from scratch, with Italian music playing in the background. We enjoyed several delicious homemade organic wines (the after-dinner digestif was my favorite), and Alberto’s mother made the girls a special berry cocktail. Then we got to eat what we’d made! We started with a salad from what our girls had picked, followed by the fileja (my favourite) and then the tagliatelle. It was all absolutely delicious. The simple, slow-cooked sauces were packed with flavour — I’ll definitely be trying them at home. This was not just a cooking class — it was a true cultural experience. It was the highlight of our trip to Tropea. Thank you, Enzo, Alberto, and the whole family (including Pablito the dog!) — we will remember this always.

A great experience - We were picked up at our hotel. The man was super enthusiastic and very kind. Once we got to the countryside, the family proved to be incredibly friendly as well. Everything was explained very well, and everyone was involved. There was plenty of food, drink, and laughter. It was more than worth it. Thanks everyone!

Imperdible - Enzo was an excellent host, friendly and available, allowed us to enjoy an immersive experience of the local customs and the practice of Slow Food. We loved the moment that besides the warm welcome, provided a fantastic gastronomic experience.
