Wonderful trip - The day started wet and windy but turned into a great sunny day. Shelly did a fabulous job of showing us all of the sites as well as giving us as much information as possible in all the areas we visited.

Fantastic day exploring north wales - Fantastic experience. We arrived via cruise ship. The weather was very nasty at the beginning of the day. Upon arrival at the port Busybus was on top of everything. Organized, approached us and other guests as soon as we got off the bus from the ship which allowed us to not have to wait outside in the rain and wind any longer than necessary. We were escorted to a bus almost immediately and once the bus was full we were off very quickly. The first stop was Conwy town walls where we had approximately 45 minutes. We weren’t quite sure where the town wall entry was so we just kind of walked what part of the wall we saw and went to the visitor center to purchase souvenirs. Be warned that if you need to use the restroom here, the visitor/tourist center does require you to pay 50 pence to use the restroom. There was quite a few folks in our tour group that were not prepared for this and the woman running the visitor center seemed annoyed, but gave a master key to the restrooms. After our stop there we drove through Snowdonia national park. The scenery was beautiful. On my downfall here is we did not get out of the bus due to rain and the view point they usually stop at we were told would not allow for good photos due to the weather. After our drive by we went to Caernarfon where we weren’t quite sure allotted 1.5 hours at our leisure. My husband and I grabbed some food from a local pub and then went to Caernarfon castle. Entry fee was around £15.50 each. The castle was fantastic. We could have spend the whole day there. Our last stop was to the railway station with the longest name in the world for a quick photo-op (allotted approximately 20 minutes). There is also a large gift shop there as well. We were then transferred back to port and back by 3:30 PM (back on board was 4:30), so I was pleased that busy bus definitely is on top of the time and getting guests back. Our guide (cannot remember his name) was awesome and had a witty sense of humor which we enjoyed. We would not hesitate to use this company again. They definitely made a dreary, windy day into an unforgettable experience.

North Wales Sightseeing Tour - The cruise ship was late and the tour length had to be adjusted, but when we arrived on the docks, the Busy Bus representatives were ready for us. Shelley was a wonderfully knowledgeable guide who truly cared about the experience each of us had. The trip in to the National Forest was so beautiful and the views awesome. The only disappointment was the group size. I don't like the large motor coach tours, which is why this excursion appealed to me when I booked it a year ago. All of the previous reviews and tour information indicated this was a small group tour. I was somewhat disappointed when we were placed on a large motor coach. I would recommend this tour as long as it remains a small group tour.
