Great experience for family of 5! - Our family of 5 (3 kids, 13 and younger) had a phenomenal experience on the wildlife tour with John B. The van and amenities (including lunch) were better than we even expected. Our young boys loved using the binoculars to spot all of the wildlife and loved eating all the snacks. John was an exceptional guide. He shared so many fun facts about Yellowstone and its wildlife. He knew where to go to find every animal including wolves, black bears, elk, and bison. He kept great pace throughout the day but was also patient with our younger ones who needed more frequent bathroom breaks. I cannot recommend Tied to Nature enough.

Reminded us of best guides in Africa - Brian took us on this half-day tour. We were expecting to get back to our lodge about noon, but we saw SO MUCH and Brian was so unconcerned with time that we didn’t get back until 3:00! And we were SO HAPPY about that. I’m sure if we’d cared about watching the time, Brian would have brought us back when we were told we’d be back. But even the half day tour included a very good lunch (plenty of good food) so we were cool with the extra 3 hours and Brian certainly seemed to be having as good a time as we were! Brian’s strength is his passion and enthusiasm and utter delight in finding wildlife. AND to support this, he has developed over 8 years a network of friends who are fellow “geyser gazers” and “wolf watchers.” He wrote to us the night before edite and asked us if we’d like to get started earlier than our set start time of 6:30 (we didn’t). He knew of three carcasses (thru his friends) that wolves and grizzlies were feasting on. We found them all. We ran into a “bison jam” that was really fun for us (although maybe not so much for Brian) and we ended up loving it and laughing about it. Brian is a great tour guide. He reminded us of our best guides in Botswana. He sniffed out wildlife. He made good use of his friends and their communications via radio. His use of a spotting scope, and his ability to help us take pictures, was invaluable. If you need to get back on time, you’ll have to keep an eye on your watch. Because Brian won’t! And we thought that was a positive.

Great experience! - John was terrific on our wildlife tour! We got to see almost all of Yellowstones animals. Only missed out on seeing wolves. Our kids had a great time on the tour as well. Lunch far exceeded our expectations too. Best of all, I got to ride and enjoy the sights instead of having to keep my eyes on the road!

Great experience in Yellowstone - Super well organised tour. Driver and guide picked us up early in the morning and guided us through the park. Guide was very friendly and brought us to some nice places with wildlife. We also like the equipment they made available (Lens with possibility to record) We also liked the knowledge shared by our guide. An organisation we would recommend to everybody

Worth the money - We had an awesome time with Brian. He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the park. He knew all the places where the animals have been spotted and took us there. We got to see 6 grizzlies all in the same place! It was such an amazing experience and we never would have gotten to see all the wild life on our own like we did with Brian.
