Discovering Islamabad’s Hidden Treasures

As a former city planner turned travel writer, I have always been drawn to the vibrant pulse of urban landscapes. So when I heard about the Islamabad City Tour and its promise to unveil the top ten wonders of Islamabad, I knew I had to experience it for myself. From local crafts to delicious street food, it was a feast for the senses.

Our final stop was the breathtaking Daman-e-Koh, a hilltop viewpoint offering 360-degree views of the city. As I stood there, taking in the sprawling urban landscape below, I felt a deep appreciation for the blend of nature and modernity that defines Islamabad.
