Islamabad to Chilas / Naran

Naran - Travel to either Naran or Chilas. Note that Naran is closed during winter, so the journey will be to Chilas during that season.

Chilas / Naran to Fairy Meadows

Fairy Meadows - After breakfast, head towards Raikot Bridge and take a jeep to Tattoo Valley, a 2-hour journey. Enjoy lunch at Tattoo Valley before proceeding to Fairy Meadows, which is 3,300 meters above sea level. Reach Fairy Meadows after a 2-3 hour trek and stay overnight at a cottage.

Fairy Meadows to Nanga Parbat Base Camp

Fairy Meadows to Hunza Valley

Hunza Valley - After breakfast, travel from Fairy Meadows to Hunza Valley. Visit the junction of the world’s three famous mountain ranges: Karakoram, Himalayas, and Hindu Kush. Stop at Nanga Parbat View Point and Rakaposhi View Point along the way. Have a short stay in Gilgit City and visit Karga Buddha. Arrive in Hunza in the evening and stay overnight at Hunza Continental Hotel.

Hunza Valley, Visit Hooper Valley Nagar

Visit Upper Hunza Valley and the famous Khunjerab Pass

Khunjerab National Park - From Hunza (Karimabad) to Khunjerab Top (China Border), visit Attabad Lake, Boreth Lake, Passu and Batura Glacier, Gulmit, Passu and Khyber Villages, Sost Dry Port and Bazaar, and Hussaini and Passu Suspension Bridges on the way to Khunjerab. Return to Passu/Attabad for an overnight stay.

Drive back towards Islamabad on this day. There will be an overnight stay along the way as the journey is quite long.

Besham City - After breakfast, travel back to Chilas/Naran, enjoying sightseeing and photography along the Karakoram Highway. Arrive in Besham for an overnight stay at Hilton Hotel Besham.

Besham to Islamabad (The capital city)

Islamabad - After breakfast, return to Islamabad, visiting Abbottabad and Murree along the way. Arrive in Islamabad for an overnight stay and explore the Gandhara Civilization in Taxila.

Islamabad - After breakfast, explore the major attractions of Islamabad City. Conclude the journey with a drop-off at the airport.
