Jump on this Boat!!! - So Much Fun! We got the 3:00 pm boat and had it to ourselves. We saw a stingray, turtles, barracuda for starters!!! Don’t miss this short but eventful trip. Bring your camera because you’ll want photos when the boat pulls to north beach!

Enjoyed it! - The ticket booth was a little tucked away, but right where the company directs. Put sunscreen on your feet as shoes are not allowed on the boat. We had a great trip. Saw a lot of fish, turtles, and coral. Well worth the price for the 45 minute ride.

Tours not to be missed - We went on the tour with Juan and Captain Giovanni and it was spectacular, we could observe marine fauna and flora, we were taught how to pose the photos! A wonder

Highly recommend for all! - Fantastic experience! We took the 10am boat out and it was just our family and the wonderful captain/tourguide. My kids are 2 and 4, grandparents don’t love boats, and yet we all had the BEST TIME! I recommend the early time as there were very few other boats around, allowing for calm waters and so much marine activity (turtles, rays, barracudas, etc). It was exceptional!

Glass boat - You will see some cool things on the bottom of the bay. It’s quite a stretch to step down into the boat but the guys are very helpful getting you in and out of the boat.

Playa Mujeres - My son, friend and I enjoyed our trip aboard the glass bottom boat! Good crew! Saw fish and turtles!

Boat ride was okay. I... - Boat ride was okay. I personally expected a longer ride and better views from previous reviews so to me it wasn’t worth the money should’ve been cheaper for a 30min ride but the pictures were amazing and probably the only reason I didn’t take off so many stars. The hosts were great and friendly too I just expected more for the price.

Overrated. photoshoot only - very Overrated. less than 20 mintues active time and the rest is photos on the bout . if you are in Isla Mujeres then probably not much tours other this one and snorking

Poor communication when trip is cancelled and difficult to reach operator to confirm - I’m sure it would have been fun but you can’t control the seas and unfortunately when we showed up to our meeting point and no one greeted us, we called only to be informed that the port was closed. That was fine although it would have been nice to know even a tiny bit ahead of time. We were rescheduled by the helpful customer service agent but the next day it happened again. We tried calling and calling both the local operator and the larger company and neither phone number led us to a human until after the departure time on the second day, when no one arrived again. Unfortunately we were leaving the next day so could not reschedule again. Fortunately Viator said they will refund our money. A bit better communication would go a long way!
