Fun snorkeling tour! - My partner and I found it a super cool experience! Musa was impressive and the reef was incredibly beautiful. Seen a lot of different fish and a shark! Super cool. The organization was top arranged and we had an incredibly nice guide called Lalo. He knew a lot to tell us and had fun in his work really a winner!

First Snorkel Experience. - Lalo was the absolute coolest tour guide for our snorkeling trip! He was very kind to greet. During our snorkeling, he dove down to point out statues, a mine, a car, a loop ring, fish and checked to make sure we were close to him.
We saw a shark, multiple stingrays, 2 barracudas, 3 turtles, groups of fish surrounding us, triggerfish, parrotfish. Most importantly, it was my partners first time snorkeling and she got seasick in the water. During rough waves and strong currents, he provided a life ring bouy for her. It was very kind and caring of him to help her continue her snorkeling experience. Thank you so much for recognizing that and helping out.
Usually the water isnt rough like that but it was just bad luck at the time. During our break we had some watermelon and water which was nice. I wish the MUSA and the reef was much shallower so we could see the details of it since it’s 30 feet down. If thats priority, I strongly suggest scuba diving. Also, we werent allowed to wear sunscreen so I suggest wearing a longsleeve shirt to prevent being burned like I did. But regardless, it was crystal clear waters with abundant sea life swimming around. 🤿 Highly recommend this tour. Worth it!!

Amazing experience - DO IT!! - Awesome experience!!! Snorkeling guide Lalo, Scuba guide Lidia, and Captain Jose were THE BEST! They were excellent communicators preparing us for what to expect and offering clear instructions. They were knowledgeable, experienced and went above all felt very safe. We saw the underwater museum, sting rays, turtles, barracuda, a variety of colorful fish and a nurse shark. I’d definitely recommend and would go again! Tip: If you’re prone to motion sickness take Dramamine the night before and day of the excursion. It helped our group enjoy the experience more.

Not a good experience for my family - This felt more about how many butts they could fit on the boat rather than individual experience. There were divers and snorkelers on the boat. At one point the captain was throwing food in the water to attract fish and the divers said they saw a shark. That didn’t really make me feel more comfortable with my family. This snorkeling experience was described as being good for families but I did not find that to be true as it was in the middle of the ocean and you’re suppose to keep up with the “leader” who basically dragged my son on a float. My daughter got sea sick and my 9 year old didn’t want to stay in the water because it wasn’t fun so we stayed on the boat and got horribly sick with the waves. I am sure it would have been a better experience for just adults. Not sure why they even allow children under 12. Overall the experience felt like they were going for quantity over quality. When I asked for a partial refund for JUST my young son, they refused stating that he took up a seat on the boat. This is consistent with how the experience felt. I rarely write bad reviews but I wouldn’t go back and I wish I had seen an honest family review before I booked this.

NO SUNSCREEN ALLOWED - NOT EVEN MINERAL SUNSCREEN - SUNSCREEN EVEN REEF SAFE MINERAL SUNSCREEN IS FORBIDDEN
You are not allowed to wear any type of sunscreen on this trip. I asked for a refund and had them turn the boat around and drop me off back in the marina because they insisted on forbidding me from putting on my “reef safe” sunscreen on the boat (which is not covered).
You can enjoy the reef but prepare to be burned
