Very well organized and... - Very well organized and explained. Good duration as well. My ride was for 9 people and sometimes it was hard not to lean on each other because they all stay half together throughout the ride.

Snorkeling off Isla de Mujeres - Lalo was an awesome lead for our snorkeling group. Beto was an excellent boat captain. We had a great time seeing the Muse and the Manchione reef. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

The Best Snorkeling Experience Ever! - This was the best snorkeling experience ever, thanks to Lalo. He made sure our equipment was put on properly and even provided anti-fog for our face masks. Due to strong waves and the considerable distance from the boat to the MUSA site, we needed his extra help in the water, which he quickly provided. He also ensured our safety and comfort at the second snorkeling site, where he made sure we saw everything. Lalo truly made this excursion extra special!

Fun snorkeling tour! - My partner and I found it a super cool experience! Musa was impressive and the reef was incredibly beautiful. Seen a lot of different fish and a shark! Super cool. The organization was top arranged and we had an incredibly nice guide called Lalo. He knew a lot to tell us and had fun in his work really a winner!

Great instructor / great dive sites - Neff was a great guide and instructor. I can’t remember the last time I went on a dive this good. 8 lobsters, 2 turtles, 1 stingray, several damselfish, 2 puffer fish, 1 barracuda, and a lot more.

MUSA and Manchones Snorkel - The service (both the captain and snorkel guide) was great. - 5 stars. We were aware the snorkel took place in open ocean and the staff were very competent making sure everyone was safe - on and off the boat and during the snorkel. Unfortunately we had large swells and dark overcast skies so we were not able to see as much as we would have on a calmer brighter day. I rated this tour 4 stars because the description is misleading. It was a 3 hour excursion rather than 4 as stated. Also no fruit was served (as indicated in the description), only water and cookies which I could not eat due to allergies. An accurate description would help manage expectations and allow participants to be prepared.

Amazing adventure - Great day on the water ! The statutes are incredible. We did the snorkel version, but had I known the water was so clear & warm, i might have chosen to dive. Dive looked easy, relatively shallow and you stay in a group. The upside of snorkeling is there is no time limit, so I think we actually saw more than than the divers. Boat Captain and his son were very kind, thoughtful and safety conscious.

Not a good experience for my family - This felt more about how many butts they could fit on the boat rather than individual experience. There were divers and snorkelers on the boat. At one point the captain was throwing food in the water to attract fish and the divers said they saw a shark. That didn’t really make me feel more comfortable with my family. This snorkeling experience was described as being good for families but I did not find that to be true as it was in the middle of the ocean and you’re suppose to keep up with the “leader” who basically dragged my son on a float. My daughter got sea sick and my 9 year old didn’t want to stay in the water because it wasn’t fun so we stayed on the boat and got horribly sick with the waves. I am sure it would have been a better experience for just adults. Not sure why they even allow children under 12. Overall the experience felt like they were going for quantity over quality. When I asked for a partial refund for JUST my young son, they refused stating that he took up a seat on the boat. This is consistent with how the experience felt. I rarely write bad reviews but I wouldn’t go back and I wish I had seen an honest family review before I booked this.
