Perfect visit to Isla Mujeres! - This is a fantastic way to visit Isla Mujeres! Snorkeling, swimming, and plenty of time to explore the island were included in this experience! Remember to bring cash for tips. I appreciated that Cristina, our tour leader reminded us how to avoid getting taken advantage of on the island and also shared what the fair price for items were. Our whole family had a wonderful time!

Not the experience I was looking for - Not quite the experience I was looking for. Service on the boat was top notch. Friendly and attentive staff lots of drinks and big sandwiches. The disappointing part was the QUICK 20 minute snorkeling session and then 20 minute swim session after that you are dropped at isla mujeres for THREE hours. It’s basically a tourist trap of an area. Crappy beach and $30 if you want a chair to sit on. I was looking for more of a party fun boat experience and this wasn’t it. Should have read the description better and that’s on me. Everything else was bop notch though including transportation pick up and drop off.

It could be a good experience... instead... from acceptance to the all mediocre dining experience - Hotel pickup not from the Cancún Adventure company but from another. No water or snacks on board. We arrive at the embarkation point and after 30 minutes of waiting in the sun we board our prestigious boat. The bracelet reads ÉLITE CHAMPAGNE CATAMARAN. Few instructions and we are sailing for snorkeling. We are ‘dived’ along with six other seven catamarans of people screaming right and left not to get lost in the middle of the Caribbean Sea and we follow an unprecise 15’ minute ride and we return to the ship. The GOURMET LUNCH consists of a ham and cold cheese sandwich (no choice). The mid-level ber ‘open bar’. Quick bath in the waters of Isla Mujeres and we are left on the island for 3 hours. So I'm back and done.

Boat Ride Good. Isla Mujeres Awful. Weather stormy - It’s a compact trip and they try to do a lot even on a stormy day. No cancellations or refunds, The staff were good but the experience was subpar. 2 hours at Isla Mujeres was definitely Not worth it. I would have preferred to have stayed on the boat but that wasn’t acceptable.

I travelled solo on the... - I travelled solo on the adult only trip. People were young, loud and were given a stream of alcohol, which is fine for that vibe, it just wasn't for me. I should have gone for the family trip. Also the lunch was minimal for the price.

Isla Mujeras Trips BEWARE! - We recently stayed in Punta Sam and used this company to do a "luxury" sailing to Isla Mujeras. I will start by saying that the guides are really great and they are nice. That said, we had some issues. Right from the start before you even get on the boats, they tell you that when you dock at Isla Mujeras, you will be at "their" shop and have included merch that you can trust. This includes a jewelry store and tequilla tasting. When you get over to the island, they warn you of all the scams and yet, it seems they are the ones promoting one of the scams! The building is unmarked, but it comes across your credit card as El Escochin. BEWARE! THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM. The jewelry store staff are very pushy and they lure you in by saying you get a special charm for booking with the tour group. While this is true (it was a tiny, cheap, turtle charm) that's how they get you in. The tequilla tasting is WAY worse. They lure you in while you wait for your boats and you taste flavored tequilla. It tastes good, but they never tell you the price of their things. When you look closer and they pull it off the shelf (if they get you this far), you'll notice the price tag is scratched off. Now, shame on me and it is 100% my fault for not asking the price or haggling, but they charged 7,000 pesos (not kidding!) for a 750ml bottle of tequilla! Now, I will say this - it is not the tour comany's fault that people like me fall for this. It IS however their fault for being in business with these pressure-sales, scam artists when you already pay enough for the boat ride. Shame on this company for being in business with and promoting these awful scams.

Very disappoining - The description of this excursion does not match our experience. Although staff was kind and the boat was nice, this is almost a ferry service to the tourist trap island. Plus, the gourmet lunch is a dry sandwich which we were given at 9:30 in the morning. Total transportation time for us was about 6.5 hours and not what was promised. Snorkeling was about 15 min and swimming about 10-this seemed very short compared to the description. Plus, while snorkeling we were not allowed to swim around and instead had to follow a rope and stay with a large group of people. I found this frustrating and very limiting. This is more of a ferry service and overall I found it to be stressfull due to transportation and the limited opportunities to enjoy the actual catamaran. Also, we were picked up first at 5:50 AM and dropped off last at 6:15 PM. Would not recommend this excursion
