Excellent, well organised experience with great guides. Diego and Filliepe were brilliant!! - Well organised experience - booked at the last minute following a recommendation to go to Isla Mujures - so booked with less than 24hrs notice. Easy to book and confirmation received quickly from the provider. Meeting point is easy to find with Google maps and has a sign outside. We arrived early and they tried to get us to hang about and wait as they can start early if everyone is there on time (we did have a coffee) but we wandered round the shops for a bit until the tour time. Guides are helpful and take you directly to the docks from the meeting point (about a 5 minute walk but it's quite fast paced). Once on the boat they give you your snorkeling equipment and talk through how to use it - the masks and fins are shared but each of the snorkels are brand new out of the packaging so you know they're hygienic. They also provide you with buoyancy aids - life jackets for non-confident swimmers and waist belts for good swimmers. They also show you how best to climb over the boat and jump in. There are three snorkelling sites on the tour and the guide stays with you so you're never alone. We didn't see a large variety of marine life but you might get lucky. The last site is the undersea museum which is quite interesting with some sculptures and a VW Beetle. After the three sites are done, they take you back to the docks with Margheritas and Ceviche, Nachos and Guacamole for snacks.

Entire experience was... - Entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Manny was the best. Great communication prior to the tour to ensure we met up at the right place and the right time. Manny’s energy was infectious and he made sure everyone had a great time and keeping everyone safe. Pictures and video can’t properly capture how clear and beautiful the water is. I can’t recall the captain’s name but he was also fantastic. I highly recommend them both.

Memorable trip with lots to see! - The snorkeling tour was wonderful. Fantastic, fun guides that were friendly, communicative in the water and out, as well as hospitable. The tour hit three different locations and allowed us to see a tremendous amount of sealife, including sea turtles, sting rays, parrot fish, needle nosed fish, and more. The boat was simple, but equipment was in good condition, and new snorkels were provided to each individual. We ended the trip with fresh ceviche, a tasty margarita, and great music on our ride back to the dock. I'd highly recommend!

Amazing experience in the turquoise water - It was absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Uriel and Miguel were very attentive and friendly. The food we were given was delicious and fresh. 10/10 highly recommended (even if you don't know how to swim like me, felt safe at all time).

The tour was really nice, Eduardo y Miguel were amazing, the snacks were tasty 😋 so does the margaritas. - It is a good tour, no need for a private one. Host were very helpful, a tip apply sun scream half an hr before the tour to avoid it on the boat; it could damage the environment.

Super fun, it’s awesome, great fish, a barracuda, stingray, and turtles. - Super fun the guys were great. Two of three of the locations were wonderful. Wasn’t super impressed with the underwater museum. This is a float snorkel, so there are no fins.

Read and Research Before Booking - The experience overall was good, a few things to know before booking… You will wait for everyone who booked this tour to show up to the meetup spot outside Ajal Coffee Shop. You can only put sunscreen on at this location for the entirety of the trip. So, if one party shows up late, you then wait for them to apply sunscreen. From there you have a 10 minute walk to Central Beach where you get on a small boat that is in mediocre shape. The one thing this tour has going for it is the location, being in that Turquoise water is hard to beat. You have 3 stops; 1st is the lighthouse where you see the most fish on the whole tour, 2nd is somewhere in the middle of the water where you need to get lucky to see some creatures, and the 3rd and final stop is the “underwater museum” where you are a good 30-40 feet above it which makes it hard to see and again you will need to get lucky to see any sea life. The snacks they provided were a very small bowl of some plain dry chips and Ceviche “raw fish with guacamole” and the margarita is 1 very small cup. Also, the goggles they provided weren’t the greatest as two pairs I used had leaked. They do allow you to keep the Cancun labeled breathing tube.

No vegetarian option or soft drink - The guide Kevin was really good. It was a pleasant trip. I was very disappointed, however, that I left two messages before that I am vegetarian and arrived early to made sure they got my messages and knew about it. I also don't drink alcohol. But there were no vegetarian food or soft drink options (instead of margaretas) provided. It's not hard to make a tomato sandwich and provide some avocado instead of fish. We also had to pay an additional dock fee when this was included in the three other boat trips I went on.

Pushing for suncream instead of long sleeve clothing - The tour in itsel was amazing. But before the tour, they pushed everybody to put suncream before as it was forbidden during the trip. It is forbidden for a good reason: it is bad for the marine environment. So they should instead encourage them to come with long sleeves clothing, which is much more efficient. It should be part of the prerequirements trip. This kind of requirements is already mentioned by some other tour operators in cozumel, who therefore take more care about their paradise.
