Amazing, safe, delicious. - Felipe and Lolo were the absolute BEST! They were funny, kind, made sure we were all safe. Felipe pointed out all the cool sea life and knew all the names of the fish species. The ceviche made fresh onboard was amazing as well. Highly recommend them both! Thanks you guys

Great snorkel tour! - This was a fun, three hour outing on a boat to snorkel in three different locations. We saw some brightly colored fish, a turtle, and sculptures. I would have liked to see more of the MUSA sculptures, but this was a good introduction. The guides also shared some amazing ceviche with us on the ride home. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip!

BRING CASH! Amazing experience - absolutely an amazing experience! bring medicine if you get motion sickness because i sure got sea sick but it didn’t ruin the experience! Our guide Leo was absolutely amazing! he points out all the animals and statues you might miss, his english was great and he’s great with kids and making them feel safe and secure if they were stressed in the water! They have a Go Pro rental option when you get there for like $30 for your entire trip and you get to film and take pictures of everything and they personally upload straight to your camera roll! They also fed you which is great, bring cash to tip guide and boat driver! they take card for the rental of the Go Pro!

Take this snorkel trip!!!! - The was great! Water was beautiful, Roberto, Oscar and Capitan Jaime were great. They gave a great tour and made sure we were all safe! Looking forward to the pictures they will send. One note, please allow the group to select the music, it would have been even that much fun and more of a lunch option rather than just ceviche.

Incredible Snorkeling! - Our guide Leo was so good! He was super knowledgeable and brought a small group of us out to three different reefs. All were unique and beautiful. We also chilled at a beach resort on the south end of the island and ate really good food. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing Snorkeling Experience with Islafuntours.com - My snorkeling tour to the Underwater Museum (MUSA) in Isla Mujeres was an absolute dream come true! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and truly unforgettable. Our guide, Filipe, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe in the water, regardless of their snorkeling experience.
Felipe was an incredible diver himself! He free-dove 30 ft down to the sculptures to get pictures up close.
Seeing the submerged sculptures was a surreal and breathtaking experience. It's not just a collection of art; it's a living, growing reef, teeming with vibrant fish and marine life. We were lucky enough to see a sea turtle! The clarity of the water was incredible. I was worried we would not have good visibility, but you could see everything perfectly. It felt like exploring an art exhibition floating above on the ceiling of a museum – but one that's actively contributing to the ocean's ecosystem!
The tour itself was well-organized, with plenty of time to explore MUSA before moving on to another fantastic snorkeling spot. The ceviche lunch that was served after the tour was delicious! We saw so many colorful fish, and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea around Isla Mujeres is simply unparalleled.
If you're looking for a unique, awe-inspiring, and environmentally conscious adventure, DO NOT miss this tour. It's a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres. Five stars are not enough – it deserves ten!

Fun snorting trip with adult couples - We took this tour while on vacation to Isla Mujeres. We selected this snorkeling excursion because it was a small group (max 12 people) and short duration (4 hours).
The meeting spot in front of Senior Frogs had a lot of guides meeting their groups so I can see how it could get confusing but Leo our guide was able to find us quickly when we were at the meeting spot. He directed us to a waiting area in the harbor while we waited for the rest of our group. There is a 7/11 across the street to bring your own drinks and they have a cooler aboard for use. There’s also a bar next door for drinks while you’re waiting.
The excursion left promptly and went to 3 sites. The lighthouse reef, the underwater museum and another reef further out into the bay. The guide Leo made sure everyone had gear that was well fitted and kept everyone safe in the water. He also pointed out the fish we were seeing and explained the statues and monuments in English and Spanish.
We ended the day at Playa Tiburon with a plated lunch with the group at a beach club. We were able to purchase souvenirs here. We didn’t return to the starting area with the group because Playa Tiburon was next door to our hotel.

Fun and affordable, but not for first timers - The snorkeling tour was fun and affordable. For people familiar with snorkeling this is fantastic. The tour goes fast and you’re taken in a small boat out to three locations, where you hop off and explore for about 20 min (with a guide) before retuning to land for some delicious fish and rice at Playa Tiburon. This may not be for first timers though. There is very little instruction/ step by step guidance, it’s very fast paced, loud, and choppy on the water (not for those prone to sea sickness!) and you do have to launch yourself into the water off the side of the boat which when grappling with new equipment is a lot to manage. The snorkels themselves are pretty basic, the tubes don’t have a valve or splash guard to keep water out. The currents as well are strong in some places. I was pushed into some rocks and banged my knee, not so bad just a stronger current than expected. Overall it was a great tour, just keep in mind it may best for those who have snorkeled at least a handful of times.

Nice View But Needed more communication - We signed up for the snorkeling tour of MUSA in Isla Mujeres excited to explore the famous underwater museum and enjoy a relaxing excursion.
There was very little communication or explanation from the tour guide. He gave us our equipment at the beginning and let us try it out in the shallow water for a few minutes, which was fine. But then, out of nowhere, he announced that we were going to swim all the way to a distant lighthouse—and that the boat would be leaving us there. I was honestly shocked. The current was strong, and it quickly became exhausting. I had no option to get back on the boat, and I started swallowing salt water every time I tried to lift my head. It felt unsafe, and I was extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, the guide didn’t seem fully comfortable with English, which made the instructions even more confusing. There was no clear indication of when or where we were supposed to see the underwater sculptures, which was the main reason we booked the tour in the first place. I ended up not seeing a single one—just some fish and coral. There was no narration or guidance about what we were looking at or what to expect. It all felt very unstructured.
After snorkeling, we were taken to lunch, but drinks were not included. My spouse ordered 2 alcoholic beverages, and they were nearly double the price of what you’d normally pay in the area. We actually spent more on the drinks than we would’ve on a full meal elsewhere.
Overall, the trip felt disorganized, tiring, and underwhelming. I left feeling disappointed, and honestly, a bit upset. I didn’t even take the boat back after lunch; I was too frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless you’re a strong swimmer and fluent in Spanish
