Must do snorkeling adventure - Leo the guide was very good. Mix of people, solo, couples and families. Great atmosphere. Spotted sea turtles and stingrays and plenty of colourful fish. Snorkelling was fantastic. No problems with the gear provided. Lunch was delicious fresh caught fish. Definitely recommend if visiting Isla mujeres. Well priced for approx 4.5hrs

He stayed close to our group the entire time, guiding us calmly and confidently, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. This was especially appreciated since our group included both a first-time snorkeler and more experienced swimmers. Felipe gave helpful, reassuring tips throughout, adjusting his guidance based on each person’s comfort level. The marine life we saw was outstanding. We swam through schools of beautiful, brightly colored tropical fish, spotted stingrays gliding along the ocean floor, and even saw a barracuda. One of the highlights was encountering a lionfish, and to top it all off, we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle—an unforgettable moment that never gets old. Felipe has an incredible eye for spotting sea life that many people would otherwise miss, and he made sure everyone had the chance to see it clearly. Another huge bonus: Felipe took amazing underwater photos and videos throughout the tour. These weren’t rushed snapshots—they were high-quality images and video that truly captured the experience. He shared everything with us afterward, which allowed us to fully enjoy the snorkeling without worrying about cameras or missing a moment. Back on the boat, the experience continued to shine. Water and beer were provided, and after our final snorkel stop we were treated to the most delicious ceviche—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want after time in the water. The vibe throughout the entire trip was relaxed and fun. We were able to connect our own music to the boat’s Bluetooth sound system, which added a personal, celebratory touch and made the experience feel even more customized to our group. Swimming with biodiversity!!! - The sheer biodiversity we saw spectacular! We swam with turtles, string rays, barracudas, lobsters and so many colourful fish. Not to mention the coral reefs and statues. Oscar and Carlos the guide we fantastic, knowledgeable and fun. I also want to highlight that IslaFunTours was super well organized and punctual with consistant communication which is truly appreciated!

Recommend this trip - Lovely people and well organised. It was a small boat which meant it wasn’t crowded. Lunch was cerviche which was very nicely done.

Fun underwater sightseeing - A four ish hour long tour, it was great! The sights were fantastic and our guides were very nice and helpful. The food included at the end was excellent too! We booked through the hotel and it worked out really well, the guides had a picture of our group so we'd know we were in the right place.

Great snorkeling near the lighthouse! So many different species and fish you could practically touch them. - It started off being a beautiful day and we saw so many amazing fish, especially near the lighthouse. The ceviche lunch they provided was homemade and delicious.

The guides were nice &... - The guides were nice & made sure everyone had access to decent flippers, mask & snorkel. Make sure to take Dramamine beforehand if needed…
