The information class was well conducted with tons of information clearly conveyed.
I really enjoyed the class and learning a bit more about Two Hives Honey. My only complaint is the stools provided. For anyone with back issues, it is agony to sit on hard metal stools for 2 hours. However, that is such a small thing and everything else was wonderful.
The speaker was very enthusiastic and obviously knew the material well. His overall energy was pretty manic but not too distracting. I think I was expecting a more hands-on/how-to sort of class but I am interested in learning more.
Organized and very informative
I thought the class was wonderful. I enjoyed the speakers immensely and felt that the material covered in the lecture were worthwhile. From reading the description of the class though I thought that we would do a little hands on work. I suggest clarifying the description. Also, for the costs of the class I would expect a handout, booklet, or copies of the slides with specifics about mushroom cultivation, etc. Or just some additional perk such as a take me home mushroom culture. The costs just seemed a little high for what you got. Lastly, I'd recommend more comfortable chairs. Overall though, I really enjoyed it.
What a fantastic class! I am looking forward to the next one.
It would have been helpful if Daniel had a handout for all participants. The presentation was a bit heavy on the science side in the beginning and he lost my attention.
Greatly educational and hands on! So glad that I went to the class.
