Day trip to key Swiss alps sites - Great tour. Good way to see it all with express queue management. Good day out and worthwile day tour.

It's a long day but well... - It's a long day but well worth it. Bigs groups, not ideal. Guide did her best to account for everyone, bit hard to hear at times with such a large group (60+ people)

Beautiful Day - Our guide, Olga, was amazing and very informative. She did a great job leading our group through all of the stops and making sure we were all accounted for. The views up at Jungfraujoch were breathtaking, until a storm rolled in. There was an Indian buffet at the top (as well as other options) and that really warmed our souls staring at the snow. As with most tours there is never enough time but being a 12 hour day it would be hard to extend this day any longer.

Jungfraujoch day trip - What a great day. The various modes of transportation gave us unique views into the country and it's amazing scenery. It was very well organized and run. The Ice Cave was our favorite and on our "Must Do" list. The gondola, cog railway and train were amazing. Our guides were wonderful.

Spectacular scenery - Its a long day trip from Zurich but totally worth it. The guides from the Best of Switzerland Tours were fantastic and very helpful, and the coach driver was really careful.
We loved the beautiful scenic views along the way, the gondola and EigerExpress rides and the ice sculptures in Jungfraujoch.
The only down side was far too many people up on Jungfraujoch - this made it a little less enjoyable.

Great trip to Jungfraujoch. - Very enjoyable trip. Bus was clean guide was very knowledgeable. Only downside was we went from Zurich to Lucern to Interlacken. Picked up just a few passengers at each location. On return trip we had to stop at each location made for a very long day

A great day at the top of Europe - The views were amazing. We took so many photos. The day was beautiful. We had sunshine and blue skies. We enjoyed the cable car, the different trains and our bus ride.
Our tour consisted of 71 travellers. One guide spoke Spanish and English. The other spoke Mandarin.
The guides and driver all did a fabulous job.
A tip for anyone reading this. Book directly through “BEST OF SWITZERLAND TOURS”, you’ll save yourself some money. Approx CHF15.

Eigar e press cancelled. Refund - The Eigar express was cancelled during the tour. Tour operator told as they will refund 120 CHE to us. We don’t get any information about the refund.

Avoid Yo Tours as a tour supplier - Going to provide 2 ratings, one for the tour “supplied by Yo Tours”, the company I actually paid. They seem to be just reseller of a tour that is actually provided by Best of Switzerland Tours.
Yo Tours is a 0 if not a negative rating. I tried to reach Yo Tours multiple times without success, I even contacted Viator’s multiple times to see if they could contact Yo Tours, they also could not reach Yo Tours. I finally received a message with zero helpful information. The tour address location they provided was incorrect, the name of the contact tour provider was incorrect, the type of transportation provided was incorrect. Yo Tours provided zero support.
Best of Switzerland Tours is a 5, tour guides were fantastic, very informative and helpful during the entire 12 hour tour time. Would recommended contacting Best of Switzerland Tours to schedule your tour.

Tight times and everything is known running - During the whole visit they have you running with very tight times. They stop at Interlaken and Lucerne just to get more passengers on board and give you 15 minutes at Interlaken to get off shopping. Very badly organized. I don't recommend it.
