• Schloss - The current site was once home to an Augustinian monastery, first mentioned in 1133. The monastery was dissolved in 1525 during the Reformation, and its property was transferred to the state of Bern.
• Harder Kulm - Take a picturesque cable car ride up to Harder Kulm, Interlaken’s “local mountain,” which is actually a prominent viewpoint of the western Harder, located directly north of the city center. From the restaurant and viewing platform, enjoy a panoramic view of the Jungfrau region. Lake Thun lies to the west, Lake Brienz to the east, and to the south, you can see the Bödeli, with the communities of Unterseen, Interlaken, and Matten, as well as the renowned trio of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
