Best of Bali Tour - Our experience is so so so good. The man who is with us whose name is ketut putra sudarma yasa he was a fantastic host who made our journey the highlight of our day he is a true professional who knows every shortcut and scenic route. He is so humble and he also took a very very good pictures of us. He is very Good person. He do Great conversation and even better recommendations.

Excellent tour with beautiful views - This was a great tour. I loved the views and the guide was great to make sure that we would find the best view and would stand in line for us while we looked around so that we could get a picture at the best view. Thank you Kass. If you get carsick, you might want to take some Dramamine because the roads are very small and bumpy, but the ride was enjoyable to be able to see the countryside. I ended up not swimming at the last stop due to the amount of garbage that was floating in the water it was unfortunate

This is a tour for hikers! Not as described! - Our group of four was ready to experience the beaches as described. Our bathing suits and towels in tow. The only beaches were the directional signs pointing toward the lookout to the beaches at the bottom of the cliffs. The fact that it was rainy season had nothing to do with the tour. The entire route was not for the faint-hearted. It was hilly, rocky, and unpaved. It really required a walking stick just to scale the walk. The beaches were beach views. They could not be accessed. The trail was so steep that another traveler, a young woman, was seriously hurt. The saddest part is that our tour guide knew Crystal Bay would not be accessible due to rain damage and flooding. Before confirming our tour, we checked with the tour provider the day before. We were told it only rains for about an hour. We weren't told until about an hour before we were supposed to head to Crystal Bay that we weren't going because the beach experienced rain damage and flooding. The most horrible part was that when we immediately complained to Viator, Viator put us in personal jeopardy by contacting the tour guide during our tour! The guide's demeanor immediately changed. We requested that we be taken back to the pier and be on the next ferry back. We realize this is their livelihood, but pictures at the pier to cover their gross misrepresentation of the tour is not good customer service. I have booked many Viator tours and can honestly say this was beyond disappointing...not just the tour, but how Viator is choosing to address the matter.

Beware of tour description - The tour guide was very helpful. However the tour was not as described. We weren’t the only ones misled. Everyone had bathing suits and at least two locations were ocean views not beach time. Then we learned that Crystal Bay the remaining location was closed due to damage caused by recent rains & flooding. Beware the path to Billibong and Broken Beach is steep, unpaved, rocky and slippery. Both going down and returning. One young woman fell and hurt herself today.
