Great service! - Nice and exciting tour, quite valuable. the driver of Jeep offer comprehensive guide of Merapi. Also a great pick up service, our guide Diki showed us the scenic views along the trip, and gave another ride for us to next destination!

Great interesting tour. Worth the money - I booked pretty much the night before but the Company responded promptly and communication was good. The price included a seperate driver with the 4 wheel to get up the mountainous paths.
The tour guide was early the next day and the drive to Merapi was quite long. He explained points of interest in the town and outskirts as we journeyed.
The drive up the mountain was very interesting and I was shown where the lava had flowed to. There wasnt really a lot at the top of Merapi except for the bunker built to provide shelter from hot gases. 2 villagers who had taken shelter there perished because the shelter was buried by the lava and they could not get out. It was never used again.
We stopped at various pounts of interest including the remnants of a house that had been destroyed by the hot lava. It was now a museum.
I would recommend the tour and the Company anytime

Recommended, and ask for the driver Adi for a good experience - We had a nice experience with a good driver of the Jeep. But the highlight was our contact with our guide/driver Adi. He made the day TOP,

Highly recommended - We had a great experience with Mr Diki and Mr Caplin on our Merapi tour. They were both very friendly, spoke fluent English, and very knowledgeable about Merapi and the Yogyakarta area. The tour was very informative and the view from Merapi is beautiful. Highly recommended.

The tour was absolutely worth it—you learn a lot about the volcano along the way. The Jeep ride in the jungle was ideal - My driver Arya was very polite and professional throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain all the interesting things you can do in Yogyakarta, which was extremely helpful and made the trip even more enjoyable. The journey was well planned, and everything went smoothly. He was also perfectly punctual, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend his service.
Ay Yoob, who was also the Jeep driver, was very polite and professional throughout the entire experience. He carried out the tour fantastically and made sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain all the interesting things about the volcano and the area.

Informative and fun - The guides on the Merapi tour were very friendly, and their explanation of the museum and bunker was very informative. They were also very considerate in waiting for us to finish taking pictures and answering our questions, and accomodating our preferences for the river exploration section. The tour overall was very well-planned, informative, and fun for the entire group.
Our driver Ferry was very kind. He prepared water for us, and was punctual to picking us up. He responded to our request to drive us to alternate places very promptly and considerately, and made our trip very convenient. He even accompanied us into the inner grounds of Borobodur Temple and Borobodur Museum to make sure we didn't get lost. He also offered advice. He was a very thoughtful guide, and we are very thankful to him.

A great half day in Yogya! - Great drivers, both the hotel transfer and the jeep tour guide. We are disaster researchers, so the guide was great about answering questions, letting us take our time for photos and chatting, and giving us time for shopping. The museum is fascinating. The guide was also respectful about not splashing too much at the waterpark portion. Highly recommend!

A great half-day in Yogya! - Excellent drivers, both the city transport and the jeep tour guide!! They never rushed us and allowed us to explore at our own pace, offering great information, letting us wait for clouds to clear for good photos, and giving time to shop. There's a portion where you can drive through a water park and get splashed in the back of a jeep, but our driver went slowly and was respectful not to get us too wet (our preference). We left at 8 am, which was early enough to beat most of the crowds and heat. Highly recommend! A great way to spend half a day in Yogya.

With Juan as a driver and Mr Murphy and his Jeep the Merapi Vulcano tour is the best - First of all we had a great driver called Juan. If you want to have a save feeling driving through the ever chaotic traffic of Yogyakarta, then Juan is the driver to book. Also he has a great playlist, stories to be told, interest in his passengers.
The tour was with Mr. Murphy and his Jeep. Also an excellent driver who told us all about the Vulcano, the eruptions, the people living in the area.
We had a wonderful tour.
