DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT - Disappointed with the way to manage the excursion to a volcano we ultimately did not go to.
Our tour consisted of 2 days to see different points of interest of the city. The first day the guide told us that the next day we would not see anything in the volcano due to the weather... and offered us alternatives that we did not like. Seeing that we would cancel the second day of the tour ended up telling us that there would be good views. When the second day of the tour comes, he sends us a companion to climb the volcano (the first day’s guide no longer attends) and we ask for visibility to which the second guide answers that nothing will be seen (the previous day’s guide had already told us). Knowing this, we decided to modify the excursion by canceling the volcano and going to see some rice fields concrete new price since we were not going to use the volcano jeeps or the tickets and also we had to buy tickets for the rice fields... at the end of the day the Enterprise do not meet the new agreed price... which ended up feeling cheated, conned...
Very careful with this Enterprise...We would NEVER REPEAT WITH THEM
