- Riders must be ages 21+
- All riders must provide photo ID at the time of the tour
- Each must read and sign the Pedal Pub® Release of Liability Waiver
- Complete the e-waiver prior to your date
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early
- Do not show up drunk (we cannot allow you onboard)
- Do not bring hard alcohol on board (it’s illegal)
- Bring the right amount of beverages (2-3 drinks per person)
- Always drink responsibly and be respectful
- Always listen to your Pilot
Cancellation policy
- Customers will receive a 85% refund if they cancel one week prior to your scheduled route
- No refunds are offered if they cancel less than a week before the tour
- However, if we are able to fill the spot with another group, we will offer a 85% refund – the sooner we know, more likely we will be able to fill the spot
- If you do not show up for the scheduled route, you will be charged in full
