Experience Arctic Ice Fishing on this scenic 4-hour trip to Lake Inari. A local experienced guide, unique scenery, and lunch by an open fire in a warm Lappish teepee will make your day memorable. You will receive warm thermal clothes and shoes at our office in Ivalo. From there, we continue to a small village called Koppelo. Snowmobiles and sledges await you there, and the journey begins to a secret fishing spot. Enjoy the unique landscape as you travel in the comfort of a sleigh pulled by a snowmobile. An experienced guide will provide instructions for ice fishing. You will receive your own fishing rod and can start fishing in true Lappish style, using either a worm or a maggot to catch fish. After fishing, we will drive to a small island where you can meet and feed two friendly reindeer. Lunch and hot drinks will be served in a warm Lappish teepee with an open fire. This is a great trip even if you are not particularly interested in fishing!
