Overnight Shiva’s Desert Safari, Day 1

Shiva’s Desert Safari - Departing around 2pm from Jaisalmer, participants will embark on a journey through the desert national park in a 4x4 Jeep. (Luggage can be stored at no cost in the Guesthouse.) After traveling 60 km, the adventure continues in the heart of the desert. Here, guests will enjoy a camel ride, led by a knowledgeable camel guide who will share insights about the desert and its wildlife during the one and a half hour journey. Upon reaching the sand dunes and sunset point, guests can relish the tranquility, explore the dunes, and witness the vibrant sunset. The camel guide will prepare masala chai and snacks for everyone. Later, guests can proceed to the camp, where a campfire awaits. A traditional dinner will be cooked over the fire, offering a taste of Rajasthani cuisine. After dinner, while gathered around the bonfire, the camel guide will entertain with desert tales and possibly sing traditional songs. The guide will then set up beds under the stars for a restful sleep and pleasant dreams.

Overnight Shiva’s Desert Safari, Day 2

Shiva’s Desert Safari - The following day begins with a breathtaking sunrise and a warm smile, accompanied by a cup of chai. Breakfast will be served before embarking on another one-hour camel ride back to the jeep. The return journey to Jaisalmer will conclude around 11am.

Note: Guests are welcome to enjoy a warm shower at our Guesthouse (Shiva Guesthouse) located inside the fort. (Rooms are also available)
