A brilliant cultural experience in Old Delhi - I booked this through GetYourGuide. I didn't know what to expect. But wow! I was blown away. This was possibly the highlight of my time in India. Visiting the two beautifully-restored havelis was so inspiring, and the perfect venue to see amazing Kathak dance and beautifully-performed music on sitar and tabla. The lunch was great, the museum was filled with fascinating objects. It was a fabulous experience.
Jai was great at communicating in the days leading up to the event. It turned out I was the sole participant, so I got a lot of personalized information.
I loved everything about this, and I hope both Jai's tour and the Kathika Cultural Centre & Museum have much success.

Most special day of my India trip was in a secret heritage Haveli - Our guide took us into a labyrinth of the old town and suddenly a breathtakingly beautiful historic Haveli appeared in front of us. The Moment we entered we saw a lot of ancient artifacts carefully displayed inside the haveli, Soon we were sitting inside the air conditioned haveli. There were 02 classical musicians playing "Tabla" and "Sarangi" in tandem, after 30 minutes, we were now experiencing a mesmerising "Kathak" dance performance. The classical dancer literally told us stories with her eyes and movements while dancing with so much grace, I felt completely drawn in. Since there was anoverall gathering of only 8-10 persons, the dance performance was intimate and beautiful, it was not like a big theatrical/stage performance. Later we were served local delicious vegetarian food too, Typical familiar Old Delhi flavors were presented in such a unique way. Our guide gave us a great and friendly company all the time, right from the lanes leading upto the hidden haeli and till we boarded our car again, after leading us out of the labyrinths.

Safe, courteous and knowledgeable. RECOMMENDED!! - Jai was a very knowledgeable and kind guide. He picked us up from our hotel on time and showed us a side to Old Delhi we had never seen before. He was courteous and was very interesting. He showed us hidden walkways, spice market and a cycle rickshaw ride. Absolutely recommend!!

Had a fun tour with Friendly and knowledgeable guide - Mr Jai was my guide and he was very humble , friendly and knowledgeable also. I visited ancient spots with great deal of history and took many photos. Jai introduced me to few local snacks and setts which were safe and mouthwatering too...highly recommend this tour.

Excellent Delhi Guide - Jai Singh was our guide for 3 full days of Delhi historical sites and some shopping. He was excellent and also able to direct our driver to the various locations. His historical knowledge is deep and it is a pleasure to go to off-beaten sites for Indian history. We are coming back to Delhi in November and will hire Jai Singh again. He is also a shopping bag walla with strong arms to carry bags. Most excellent.

Small but delicious cuisines and a great tour of bylanes of Old Delhi - Bicycle rickshaw is kind of a saviour among the maniac crowds of old delhi. Experience hustle bustle of old delhi without getting being trampled by the shoppers, porters and traders

D Delhi's real luxury, it's bicycle rickshaws - Bicycle rickshaw is kind of a rollsroyce of old delhi, it's a luxury to sail among the crazy crowded markets while enjoying the rickshaw ride safely

Good performance, but tour guide needs improvement - Let me start with the good things. The museum and performing arts center was fabulous. The musicians and dancers were great. The food was great too. Now let me talk about the bad. My Tour guide did not seem to know where he was going. He kept having to stop and ask for directions. As a tour guide you should know where you are and know where exactly where you’re going if you’re taking a tour. I also felt unsafe as we walked down an alley where two people were having a drag down fight right in front of me. The tour guide kept looking around like he was trying to figure out where we were. It didn’t make me confident that we were in a safe place. I was relieved when we finally found our driver.
