Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Hike to the Summit of Jbel Tasghimout – Overnight in Imlil

Imlil - Begin the day with a morning departure from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, heading towards the High Atlas Mountains. The journey provides stunning panoramic views of lush valleys and traditional Berber villages.

Upon arrival in the village of Imlil, nestled in the heart of Toubkal National Park, you will start your trek.

With a local guide, embark on a delightful hike to Jbel Tasghimout, which stands at 2,660 meters. This manageable climb offers breathtaking views of the Atlas peaks, surrounding valleys, and Berber villages.

After reaching the summit, enjoy a gentle descent back to Imlil.

Check-in at a traditional riad, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere amidst the mountains.

Day 2: Berber Villages – Imlil Waterfalls – Kik Plateau – Agafay Desert – Marrakech

Marrakech - Following breakfast at the riad, set off for a leisurely walk through the Berber villages around Imlil. This stroll provides an opportunity to explore the daily life of the locals and the terraced landscapes.

Continue the hike to the Imlil Waterfalls, a charming natural site surrounded by walnut trees and cultivated fields.

Savor lunch in a traditional home, featuring Moroccan specialties made with local ingredients.

In the afternoon, return to Marrakech via the stunning Kik Plateau, which offers exceptional views of Lake Lalla Takerkoust and the mountains.

Cross the Agafay Desert, renowned for its spectacular mineral landscapes that contrast with the Atlas Mountains’ peaks.

Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon and transfer to your hotel or riad.
