The menu features Japanese home-style dishes, including the “Oshizushi (pressed-sushi) Set,” “Seasonal Omotenashi Gozen (hospitality dish),” or a “Sushi home party.” After an enjoyable cooking session, guests can indulge in a tasting within a traditional Japanese-style room complete with an alcove.
Rest assured, the table is designed in a sunken kotatsu style, so sitting in the seiza position is not required. Following the meal, guests can partake in the Japanese cultural experience of a tea ceremony.
The host’s home is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Ikoma Station, which is easily accessible from both Osaka and Kyoto. Consider experiencing Japanese cuisine in Nara, the ancient capital of Japan, where time flows gently and nature is abundant.
