Perfect - for friends who are on vacation in Bali, ceramics class can be an option, I have tried it. for those who have never heard, ceramics are handmade works of art made using clay as the basic material. The materials and their ratios vary depending on the ceramic product being made and the desired characteristics. in the ceramics class you will not only learn to make but also be taught the basics, basic understanding, to the basic techniques of processing clay until it is ready to be sold.

The mentors were professional and taught us from the basics so that it was easy to understand. - In the past, when I was in education, I learned that ceramics is a branch of fine art that processes ceramic materials to create works of art from traditional to contemporary. Ceramics are also widely used as materials for making jars, flower vases, pots and the like. Of course, I was very happy to have the opportunity to study in a ceramics class while on vacation in Bali. The mentors were professional and taught us from the basics so that it was easy to understand.

experience of participating in an entrepreneurship-based tour of ceramic making class. - That day was Monday, early March 2025, my family and I visited Bali. Among the rides and tourist attractions that were memorable, one of them was the ceramic class tour. In this class, my wife and I practiced making various clay-based crafts, people call it "ceramic crafts", it felt quite exciting considering this was our first time trying it. The first impression we got was a tour with a different experience. Thank you for the experience.

Interesting - after taking this class I understand that there are various types of clay and not all soils can be used to make ceramics. This class also taught me various basic techniques such as spinning (wheel throwing), hand building, and molding. I think it's quite interesting, because apart from holidays there is also education.

Disappointing - The actual class was fun and informative,we got to make 2 pieces one by hand and one on the wheel. The place is in Singapadu,Sukawati so it’s about 30 min drive out of central ubud or longer depending on traffic. Just be aware that if you want your pieces glazed you need to be in ubud for at least 4 days to pick up again, we went on a Monday and he said we could either come back again when they were dry and glaze them and then go back again to get the finished product or he could glaze for us and then we can pick up on Friday.we asked him to glaze, picked out exactly what colour and style of glaze we wanted,he messaged us on Friday to say they weren’t ready so we asked him to drop off to us the next day which he did at 8pm the next night!, lucky we were still there.the finished pieces were horrible!,he had done a terrible rush job of glazing and they weren’t even the colours we asked for, very disappointing we ended up just throwing them away after paying $65nzd each to do the class, and waiting all week in anticipation to get our beautifully professionally glazed pieces back!NOT
