AWESOME Service. Outstanding! - Excellent. First Class Operator. Highly Recommend. Our flight on Icelandic Air was more than 4 hours late, we anticipated no one would be there and understood based on their policy. SURPRISE! We were delighted when we saw our name on a sign, exactly where they stated they would be. They tracked our flight - made arrangements to their schedule and picked us up. What a welcome to Iceland! We were so appreciative of the extra effort they made to provide us transport from KEF to our local Reykjavik hotel. If you plan to visit this beautiful country and need transport from KEF International Airport book Pickmeup. Absolutely the best in customer service!

Private airport tour - We had booked this company through out hotel to pick us up at the hotel and then take us back to the airport a few days later. in both cases the people were on time and drove efficiently. very pleased.

worth it! - After a very long travel day and night it was nice to walk out of the airport to see the sign with my name on it! Our driver quickly realized we had more luggage than his car could accommodate and called to switch cars and that was accomplished before we got out to the parking lot. My husband has a collapsible scooter and with our 2 checked suitcases and 2 carryons we needed a van. Smooth ride to our hotel! It was so nice not to fight with the car rental lines or the bus ticket lines after traveling for 16 hours.

Terrible and scary driver - A driver of this terrible company picked me up at my hotel - hearing at the reception my name the driver told me he is my driver. I ordered a driver so followed him. In the middle of the way to the airport (1 h drive) he got a call with the order to pick up another passenger because he messed up the names. He returned with me back to the hotel and I lost my paid taxi as well 1 hour prior my check in!
Stay away from this company and their drivers! They are scary.
