Best experience with best supporting staff - I traveled in flybus on 18th January from Keflavik Airport to Bis bus terminal We had booked additional drop off to our Apartment near Bus stop 12 It was smooth,easy.and Quick. Upon arriving at the apartment I noticed that my phone was left on the bus . I immediately went to the drop off location at Bus stop 12. There I saw another bus pulling up, I explained to the driver my situation. He immediately told me to get on the bus and said he would drop me back to Bis terminal where I should be able to handle the situation. Accordingly he dropped me off without charging me a penny. Upon arrival the lady staff at the counter helped me out of the way to get my phone back. Which I was able to locate. from my wife’s phone . My sincere thanks to all the staff at Reykjavik Excursions .

Easy, efficient, comfortable and good value for money. - Really easy, very efficient and comfortable. We considered taking a taxi, but even with two children and all our luggage, this service is a breeze. From the airport to the hotel and returning to the airport the buses were on time, clean, efficient, comfortable and only took an hour door to door, with a transfer to a smaller bus at the central bus terminal in the city. Booking is dead easy online or at the ticket machine in the airport terminal. Considerably cheaper than quotes from taxis too.

Great driver - Our driver was courteous, efficient and informative. His personality was friendly, yet direct to get us all to our destinations. As a commercial driver and commercial driver instructor myself, I felt we had an excellent experience on Flybus to Reykjavik.

Bad experience - The driver left a roof window slightly open and the cold wind was blowing in right on our faces, so now I have a bad cold and my holiday is a bit ruined. For security reason I couldn't ask the driver to close it (there was a strong wind, the bus was swinging and we certainly couldn't stop in the middle of the road). Plus, maybe the roof window was broken, so ... For the price I paid I was hoping a better service.
