• Luggage Assistance: The driver will help you with your luggage to the vehicle.
• Convenient Location: The vehicle is conveniently parked just outside the terminal.
• Transfer to Reykjavik: The journey to Reykjavik takes about 45 minutes.

Departure Transfer:

• Choose Your Pick-Up Time: Enjoy the flexibility to select your preferred pick-up time.
• Prompt Arrival: The driver will arrive punctually to take you to the airport.
• Hotel Pick-Up: If staying at a hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby.
• Luggage Assistance: The driver will assist with your luggage.

Flight Time Changes:

• Monitoring Flights: Our support team actively monitors live flight schedules.
• Timely Updates: If your arrival flight is delayed or early, we’ll adjust the transfer accordingly.
• Delayed Departure: If your departure flight is significantly delayed, we may contact you to discuss rescheduling the transfer.

Additional Information:

• For arrival transfers, the driver will be in the arrival hall about 30 minutes after your confirmed landing time and will wait for 30 minutes. If you haven’t arrived within 1 hour of landing, it will be considered a no-show.
• For departure transfers, the driver will be at your pick-up location.
• Full-Size Luggage: If you have more than three full-size pieces of luggage, please book a larger vehicle for 5-7 people.
• Hotel Proximity: Most hotels are within a 5-minute walk from bus stops. Some hotels in the city center are in no-car zones.
