2 days trip - Juliana is a truly wonderful woman. She shared so much with us on the bus ride. I believe she is a very brave person, and I wish her happiness and freedom in all her days. I will miss her. From Flora.

Wonderful experience - really nice. Juliana is a well experienced and cute guide. She gave us lots of information all we need. I love the northern lights and glacier walk the most, they are wonderful. For the glacier walk, two guides are really kind and nice, they are talkative and willing to help us. I will share it with my friends!

Memorable and Fun trip with a funny and responsible tour guide! - Iceland you’re beautiful and I’m lucky to have witnessed your beauty with my own eyes. I loved every second of the glacier hike, would definitely be one of the highlights in life I reminisce on. The view from a higher view, looking down as the glacier lake was breathtaking. Our tour guide for the two days trip - Branimir, made the trip lighthearted and relaxing. Tour guide was good with keeping the time, giving clear instructions regarding the duration of car rides to the next destination. He also gave detailed explanation and introduction to the places we visited, giving us insights and history of the places. Highly recommended!

An action packed whistle stop tour - The trip exceeded all my expectations. As I only had 2 days I was hoping to cover as many places as possible but was concerned that the daylight would be very short. While the itinerary covered a lot of stops I expected that they would all be very brief. How wrong I was, every moment of the day was used. Whether it was driving through such incredible ever changing scenery or tramping across the glacier in the twilight not a moment was wasted. My highlights were the diamonds on the beach, and the waves! Juliana was very knowledgeable of all things Icelandic, and kept up the element of suspense as the hours passed. This was the perfect introduction to Iceland and I will be returning both winter and summer.

Ripped us off! - Troll cancelled our tour the night before we were to leave, so we went with another company at the last minute. Many companies were touring the area, so no "weather" issues as Troll claimed. They did not give us a full refund-they withheld three percent. Would like to give them a rating of ZERO. Don't get ripped off. Use EastWest Tours instead.

Poor Planning Ruined a Once-in-a-Lifetime South Coast Tour - I traveled with my family on the 2-day South Coast tour with Troll.is, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were initially very excited because both days along the South Coast were sunny—rare and ideal conditions for photography. However, due to poor planning by the company or the driver, the tour failed to meet even basic expectations. One of the main highlights we were most looking forward to was the Blue Ice Cave. Sadly, because of poor timing, our photos turned out extremely dark and did not resemble a blue ice cave at all. This was a major letdown, especially since this experience was a key reason we booked the tour. On the second day, the day did not start early enough while conditions were still bright and sunny. Instead, we made unnecessary stops at a church and multiple restroom/snack stations. As a result, we ended up visiting the waterfalls—the second highlight we were most excited about—under cloudy and dull conditions, which greatly affected both the experience and photo opportunities. According to the itinerary, the waterfalls were supposed to be visited on Day 1, but this did not happen. Better planning would have made a huge difference. For example: Visit the waterfalls early on Day 1 when lighting is best Visit the glacier and Blue Ice Cave early on Day 2 I am not a professional trip planner, but even these basic adjustments would have significantly improved the experience. Additionally, the tour description mentioned Northern Lights hunting or sharing experiences, but this was never mentioned at all during the trip. As travelers from Asia, Iceland is extremely far and expensive for us to visit. This may be our only trip to this part of the world, and having such a poorly planned and mediocre experience greatly affected our overall impression of Iceland. This trip was not worth the money we paid, and I do not recommend Troll.is’s 2-day South Coast tour. The company may choose whether or not to improve, but continuing this way will only result in more dissatisfied customers like us.
