Wonderful ATV experience with Julia - Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our ATV tour of the lava fields and glacier. Our guide, Julia was very engaging and knowledgeable. The tour started with a brief ride off road to get us comfortable with handling/riding the ATVs, then off for a short ride on the road before we hit the lava fields. Unfortunately, the clouds and fog prevented us from seeing the glacier, but we still had a great time! Highly recommend!

Labs field and glacier fun - This tour was such fun. The trail through the lava fields was rough but so interesting and beautiful views all around. The gear was warm and made us feel very safe. The young lady who was our guide was very friendly and gave us good information. Worth every penny!

Adventure, Stunning Landscapes & Lots of Fun! - We had an absolutely fantastic ATV tour through the glaciers and lava fields of Snæfellsjökull!
Our guide gave us excellent instructions and made sure we felt safe and comfortable with the vehicles from the very beginning. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting information with us throughout the tour.
We had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of this wonderful afternoon. The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience was truly unforgettable. Riding through such an impressive and unique Icelandic landscape was a real highlight of our holiday!
Our guide was so lovely, and sharing this adventure with her made it even more special. We can highly recommend this tour – an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our Iceland trip!

A beautiful sunny tour to the base of the glacier with a knowledgeable guide - What a wonderful tour of the base of the Snaefellsjokull Glacier and Lava Fields we had. The sun shone, Julia was such a knowledgeable and fun guide, and the crowd size was small. We would heartily recommend this tour for all ages, we are senior citizens, there were teenagers, couples and young people. The views were amazing and we never felt hurried in any way.

A fun adventure on an ATV - This was such a fun experience riding the ATVs through lava fields (my favorite) to a glacier (very cool). Our guide Julia was great. She gave us bits of information about the area along the way. It was my first time on an ATV and I felt safe the whole time.

Great fun on an ATV tour of Snaefellsjokull Glacier and surrounding area. - We were lucky as there were only 5 people for our tour and we had good weather and we had a blast. The guide Julia was excellent and made us very comfortable with driving the ATV and pointing out the incredible scenery. High praise for Julia who made the experience a memorable one!

Hotel Fransiskus - We had an absolutely amazing experience with Summit Adventure Guides on their ATV tour! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the entire team made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
A very special thank you goes to our guide, Giulia. She was fantastic! She has a great sense of humor and kept us laughing throughout the tour, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. At the same time, she always put safety first, making sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and confident before and during the ride. Her professionalism, positive energy, and genuine care for the guests really stood out.
We joined the tour as part of the Hotel Fransiskus team (although not the full crew), and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our time together. The scenery was breathtaking, the ATVs were in excellent condition, and the route was both exciting and beautiful.
We highly recommend Summit Adventure Guides to anyone looking for an unforgettable ATV adventure in Iceland. And if you get the chance to tour with Giulia, you're in for an incredible experience!

Brilliant trip - easy and safe to learn the ATV and get going - Giulia did an exceptional job as our ATV guide. We were a family of 4 and joined by another couple. We are so glad we did this - so much fun and gained easy access to the top of the mountain that would have otherwise been too difficult - not least because we needed the multiple layers of weather gear to get to the foot of the glacier.
Easy to get the hang of the ATV, and Giulia got us acclimatised at the base with a short drive before we set off on the tour. All gear is provided and high quality, clean and well-maintained. All the staff very friendly, welcoming and take care of safety properly. This is a tour which feels like an adventure without any scary level of adrenaline.
Highly recommended, a truly brilliant experience.
