This tasting is hosted within a remarkable modernist wine station, characterized by its clean lines, concrete, and glass. From the outside, it appears minimal and understated, yet inside, the space reveals its unique character: the elegantly designed tasting room is set lower into the structure, offering a view of the barrel cellar while savoring the wines. The setting fosters a serene interaction between wine, space, and atmosphere — sophisticated yet relaxed, modern yet deeply rooted in tradition.

Encircling the wine station are 12 hectares of vineyards planted on Istria’s iconic red soil, abundant in minerals and rich with limestone. This unique terroir produces wines with structure, freshness, and authenticity. The vineyards are managed following organic farming principles, maintaining the natural balance of the land and allowing each vintage to express its true character.
