Great driver with spacious suv! - Great driver and had a car with lots of space for our luggage. We had a lot of bags so ge handled it all and we uses him twice. Friendly punctual! Highly recommend.

Great Service and No Issues - The driver reached out to confirm our reservation, to verify on the day we left for France, and to confirm he was at the airport when we landed. Our flight was 35 minutes late and clearing border control took another 45 minutes, but he met us in Arrivals and took us promptly to our hotel

Convenient transfer to cruise ship port - Immediately indentfied our driver as soon as we claimd our luggage and we were off to the cruise shop port. Very convenient. Thank you

Efficient, professional - We arranged for a transfer from the Port of Bordeaux to the airport on a recent trip. This company responded quickly to every email. Our driver contacted us a couple of days before via Whatsapp to confirm and get final specifications for the meeting place. He sent us a picture of his car and warned that he might be 10 min late. Since we had lots of time, this was no issue. He arrived precisely 10 minutes after the original meeting time. He was professional and gave us an excellent ride. This was cheaper than the cruise line transfer by half (and that was for a bus). An excellent service.

Driver Excellent Trip Advisor not so good. - Our driver Abdelilah was excellent and deserved 10 stars. He was early to the airport and came to where we came out the door. Very polite, greeting us and immediately opened the door for my wife before he began loafing the bags. On the road he told us about the car as it is very new and made in China. We had never been in such a car so it was very interesting. On the ride he told us about the area and about things as we passed by them. He knew where the hotel was and I believe he knew short cuts because the highway traffic was very heavy. At the hotel he made certain we knew where we were in the area and told us we could text him if we needed a ride while we were in Bordeaux. Abdelilah was an absolute pleasure and we were very relieved because my experience with the Trip Advisor website and communication with Trip Advisor was terrible. We provided our information and received at least three emails telling us we had not given our information. After a few days we received an email from Abdelilah. He apologized for the website and told me to give him our information, flight, etc. We did that and from then on we communicated only with him and everything went well. We also received another message from the Trip Advisor website saying we had not given our information. I stopped responding to those and only communicated with Abdelilah from then on. Based on this experience I do not think I will use Trip Advisor again. When in Bordeaux I will only contact Abdelilah. Trip Advisor I rate as a 2. Abdelilah I rate as a 10. James Jennings
