The coach is very professional - The instructor was very dedicated to guiding us. I'm so sorry my wife lost her phone during the trip, which caused delays, but thankfully we were able to find it in the end.

Great glacier hike! - This was a great glacier hike tour. Spent the majority of our time on the actual glacier. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth the money and time.

Incredible! - I believe we spent about 2.5 hours on this tour. Hennes was our guide and as always they joke about it being their first day except at the end of the tour we found out it really was his first day doing glacier tours (experienced in other tours). Neither my husband nor myself would have ever guessed. He was very knowledgeable, safe, fun and we had a blast on this trip! I would recommend this to anyone who has never been on a glacier as a great first time experience. We look forward to booking with this company again on our next trip to Iceland. Thanks for the unforgettable memories and great photos, Hennes!!!

Amazing Glacier Hike - I made the reservation the day before and mistakenly booked for the wrong time. I left a note for the tour guide through the booking app. I was contacted quickly to adjust the time. Very accommodating. We arrived 20 minutes before the tour as directed and were met by Leo. Leo is a very professional guide who walked us through the provided equipment, helmet, pick ax, harness and crampons. Be sure to dress well for the cold as the movement is slow and deliberate, ensuring safety. We hiked to the glacier and walked up on the glacier. There Leo directed us how to move safely and told us all about glaciers, ice formations and the history of this glacier. He was very friendly and put us at ease. We even used the harness to look into a well created by a glacier melt vortex(moulon). After spending a non rushed time on the glacier we took a leasurely walk back to the outfitting building. WC was available at the building. I paid to park via the parka application on my phone.
