Incredible value for money - unforgettable experience - Unbelievable value for money! Coach transfer from hotel, breakfast on board the yacht - we saw dolphins on the way to our first stop (orange bay) Enough time to lounge around, get a drink in orange bay, back on the yacht (via a small boat that takes you ashore) Then off to stop 2 for snorkelling - received a thorough briefing before hand, and put into groups of about 10, saw all sorts of marine life around the reef - was really special and all the guides were great, you could wear a life jacket if you wanted, and hold onto a floating ring too that the guide was pulling, so even suitable if you’re not that confident a swimmer. You snorkel for around 40mins which was enough to see everything before you got tired/ too cold (we did go in March - I’m sure it’ll be warmer in August!) Then back on board and a lunch - rice, pasta, potatoes, prawns, fish, squid, salad. Cups of soft drink available included in price too. Then off to the 3rd island - you could snorkel here too - most of our group relaxed on the sandy beach with a drink from the bar. Back on the yacht (again via small boat) and a comfortable journey back to the marina. Honestly, one of the very best excursions we’ve ever done - felt incredibly well looked after and provided for and it was an experience we’ll remember forever. Special thanks to Hussin and his crew who were all fabulous - friendly, attentive and helped navigate and shape the whole experience. Would have no hesitation in recommending this as a day well spent!!

Perfekt - Very nicely organized trip. The staff, Mohamed, Safe and Joe did an amazing job making us feel comfortable. Chef Potatos made good food! We saw dolfins 15min in on the trip. Strongly recommend but bring snacks and cash! It’s a long day out in the sun.

Unforgettable - I had the most amazing experience with this group. They were very attentive and friendly and happy to help with anything we needed support with. I’d like to especially thank Sabry for going the extra mile and really helping us through the day especially with snorkelling.

Wouldn’t recommend this trip - Overall, this trip was extremely disappointing and poorly organized from start to finish. We were told that if the walk from our hotel to the gate was too long, we could be picked up. However, when we contacted the driver, he said he would be at our hotel in five minutes but refused to drive in, meaning we had to walk about half a mile to meet him anyway. The day felt very disorganized with no clear plan or schedule. Our pick-up time was originally 8:15am, then changed to 8:45am, and once we arrived at the boat we sat around for ages while staff repeatedly asked everyone which hotel they were staying at. Because we left so late, breakfast wasn’t served until around 10:40am and lunch wasn’t served until about 2:30pm, even though we had already stopped at an island and done snorkeling. The lunch itself was awful. Everything was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. The salad was sitting in its own water, and if you had allergies or were vegan there would be almost no options. Nobody asked about dietary requirements ahead of time. Rice was one of the only options, but even that was cold, which is concerning as cold rice can be a common cause of food poisoning. There was also not enough covered space to eat. It was extremely windy and food was literally blowing everywhere, so everyone was crammed onto the lower level of the boat like sardines. There was no warning beforehand about how windy it would be. The time spent on the islands was also frustrating. We only got one hour on the first island, which was actually the nicest part of the whole day. It was a shame because it meant constantly checking the time instead of relaxing. On the last island, we were told we had an hour, then after an hour at the meeting point we were suddenly told to come back in 30 minutes, and then only 10 minutes later staff announced that everyone needed to leave immediately. Because of this last-minute change, some people had already walked off and ended up being left behind. Another issue was snorkeling. We personally didn’t want to snorkel, but we still had to sit on the boat for about an hour while others did. The boat was positioned in a very windy spot, so we were constantly fighting strong winds the entire time. It would have made much more sense to allow people who didn’t want to snorkel to stay on the first island longer or to move the boat to a more sheltered area. Throughout the entire day we were also pressured to take photos. At the end of the trip they tried to sell them for €40, which is more than the cost of the whole boat trip. Most people would probably only want two or three photos, so the price felt like a complete scam. When I politely said it was too expensive, the photographer was quite rude. I was also told I couldn’t pay by card unless I had €5 or €10 cash to pay part of it, which felt very strange and unprofessional. Communication during the trip was very poor. We were never given a schedule or clear updates about the plan for the day. Each time we arrived somewhere we had to wait around until everyone gathered, and then staff would explain the rules and timings, which took another 20–30 minutes. Since we were shuttled to each island by a smaller boat in batches, there was also a lot of waiting while the boat went back and forth. If instructions had been given clearly at the start of the day, everything would have run much more smoothly. The “free drinks and fruit all day” that were advertised were also misleading. Drinks were limited to water, tea, coffee, and full-sugar cola. If you wanted diet drinks or other soft drinks you had to pay extra. Fruit wasn’t offered until around 5pm. Because there was no schedule and so much wasted time throughout the day, we didn’t get back until just after 6pm. By that point people were already complaining because they had dinner reservations and evening plans that were now affected. Honestly, the first island was the nicest part of the day, but unfortunately we only had an hour there. Everything else felt rushed, disorganized, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this trip. It was a waste of time and money.

Avoid Go Shelabi - untrustworthy - AVOID GO SHELABI We booked via get your guide for the 3 island tour in Hurghada. The tour was operated via Go Shelabi, a company with many boats operating on the same day. They arrange a photographer to take images of you during the day. At times we found this very annoying as they were rather pushy. We wanted to sit and enjoy a drink, not take 7-10 different pics in each pose. Go Shelabi also told us that they would film me snorkelling; this is what we wanted, however after taking our money, they have since told me they can’t find the video. To date, despite numerous messages, requests and promises to transfer to PayPal, they (Cap Sharkawy and the photographer Shreefa) have not sent back my money for the video. Please do not trust this company. There are plenty of other companies offering trustworthy tours.
