Amazing best ever massage - The treatment was the best we have ever had in 20 years of visiting different parts of Egypt. Just be careful as they try to sell you extra treatment when you arrive and it eats into your time so you get shorter times in other aspects. Bit from start to finish we felt so relaxed and Shima was wonderful , friendly and professional. We were picked up on time and dropped off back at our hotel by a friendly driver. Best value for money anywhere in the world. Honestly you should treat yourself you won’t regret it

Amazing experience!! - Thank you so much for an amazing experience!! My husband and I enjoyed it immensely! I did not get the name of my masseuse lady, but she is absolutely wonderful and kind. I will definitely recommend Cleopatra Spa to everyone and I will definitely come back next time we are in Hurghada ❤️❤️❤️

Delicious relaxing package! - Definitely a heavenly spa experience! In just 3 hours I immersed myself in an oasis of peace: sauna, steam bath, foam massage, a delicious coconut peel with Cleopatra mask, bubble moments in the jacuzzi and a blissful 45-minute massage. Everything was taken care of to perfection, including the comfortable hotel transport. For me highly recommended for ultimate relaxation in Hurghada!

Good. - Very good experience. Everyone is nice! we go from sauna, hamman to jacuzzi. Then we put a kind of foam on you and massage you a little and at the end comes the real massage. They make you crack your neck, watch out!

Reception was busy and... - Reception was busy and unorganised everyone turning up at the same time, apart from that everything was good Sauna Steam Jacuzzi (which I don't normally go in) Facial and Massage (I had the soft). Ladies were very friendly and all done a good job.

Cleopatra Hammam and massage - It was a super fun excursion. Picked up on time by taxi and then to the hammam. This was located in an abandoned shopping center which felt a bit strange. But inside it was all okay. Sauna, steam bath, scrub, peeling: nice and professional staff. The icing on the cake is a wonderful massage. Brought back to the hotel feeling reborn.
We feel relaxed and clean.
Nice price too, much more expensive in a hotel. Thanks to Hayam from Esso Tours for making the correct arrangements.

Spa day - The experience was remarkably high-quality, despite the cost being lower than typical hotel prices. Attention to detail was evident throughout, ensuring seamless and punctual transportation. The Saba Center maintained impeccable cleanliness, contributing to an overall positive atmosphere. Notably, Youssef, our masseuse, displayed true professionalism, making the experience one worth repeating.

Herded like sheep and no dignity left - Got picked up late when we got there the place was heaving With people we had a drink of hibiscus juice. We then got herded like sheep from one place to another given a towel and no other info we started with salt thing where we sat in a room with salt on the floor and just sat there. Then shower sauna shower steam room, shower and cold plunge pool. The in a room full of marble beds for the we were exfoliated then had soap bubbles all over us then a massage which was ok . The stag talked to each other constant we were scrubbed with coffee and coconut which didn’t work for me. As I had a swimsuit on and she was throwing water over me to try and get rid of it we though it had gone until the massage
Room we found loads had settled in my nether regions and my belly button, I was unceremoniously stripped to nothing and stood there naked red with embarrassment the door was open and two men in the other room saw me. Then we were asked for tips from the masseur asking us to make sure we gave it to them in their hands. I gave nothing as I was disgusted by their cheek this was my first and last bearded like sheep very disorganised system
