We will be back - Had a great experience on 31.12! Great massage. Staff very attentive. Great service. Then we booked again, for the conclusion of our holiday. Unfortunately we were unable to attend the appointment due to illness. Amount was refunded immediately. Everything great!

A must do experience - Great experience the cleopatra plus program included a sauna steam room jacuzzi a hamman body scrub and a 45 minute massage all for €25 and they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel well worth a visit

Great 👍 - Such a beautiful Turkish Hammam! The marble room felt authentic and luxurious, and the staff were really welcoming and professional I loved the warm steam and gentle scrub 😍 it was the perfect way to unwind after a long flight Highly recommend to anyone visiting

- We were relaxed after the treatment at Cleopatra Spa. The staff was super friendly, both the men and the women. You really get a personal treatment, the person who does the hammam and scrub also does the massage. It is very clean and not overly crowded (we were there at 10am). The area around the spa is a bit remote with a few dilapidated homes, but once you enter the spa you notice that it is very okay there. So don't be put off by the outside.

Awful - Awful customer service at the beginning - first of all the bus was so extremely loud by 3 boisterous men, I asked the driver to ask them to be quiet and he signalled like it wasn’t his job, when I arrived I asked for water before I started which they didn’t give to me, I then asked again before I went into the sauna and she shouted at me and ordered me to do everything first and then have it but I needed water, she was very adamant in the way she ordered me about in the sense that she really didn’t want me to given the water, she then ordered me here and there and stared me rudely in the eyes. I gave it a 2* because the massage was good but honestly the experience to begin with was a real detriment to the whole experience. I won’t be returning.

Do Not Book!!!! - They do not pick you up anywhere near the booking time. When you contact them, they will give you a time 40 minutes later and claim it’s because the transfer isn’t private.
