Wonderful experience with a minor flaw - We had a very pleasant stay at the spa today. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome immediately. We booked the Moroccan Hammam package, and it was fantastic. The massage in particular was of high quality and very relaxing. The only downside was the relaxation area, which is located right in the middle of the action. Because of this, it wasn't as quiet as we would have liked for unwinding after our treatments. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!

It’s 100% worth it - An amazing 2-hour spa experience. It includes sauna, Turkish bath, a full wash, scrubs, jacuzzi, and a massage. The staff is extremely attentive and always available, the facility is very clean and beautiful, and everything is perfectly well organized. It’s 100% worth it!”

Hammam magnificent - All great, wearing swimming trunks and flip-flops. Super recommended the service of the feet, for 10€, they remove all the hardness and cut your nails.

⭐ 1 Star — Awful Experience - My experience was a complete shambles from start to finish. The moment you enter, it’s chaotic—workers wandering around, constantly asking for your hotel name, and no sense of organization. I was left waiting in the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi before being taken into the hammam, which I was shocked to find was mixed. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely uncomfortable having male workers and male clients in the same treatment space. At one point my chest was exposed, and when I asked why I had to be in a mixed area, I received no clear explanation. The overall cleanliness was also concerning. I witnessed a worker using the same mop for the floor to clean the stone slab where clients lie down—completely unacceptable. While the massage itself was good, the rest of the experience was far from relaxing. The worst moment came at the end when I filled out the feedback form honestly, rating everything poorly except the massage. The receptionist called his manager, and it escalated into a confrontation. As I was alone, I felt intimidated and unsafe. They even stalled arranging my taxi back to the hotel. Meanwhile, the manager was yelling at the worker who had done my hammam—clearly the issue is not the staff but the management. The worker was in tears and I ended up giving her a tip as I did not mean for her to get reprimanded. The entire operation felt unprofessional and focused solely on making money rather than providing a genuine spa experience. To my surprise, three women who came after me had similar complaints and received the same dismissive response. You get what you pay for—BEWARE. An awful, uncomfortable experience overall.
