It was nice.... - It was breathtaking, The drive from Hurghada was long but worth it. The guide (Mansur) was very accommodating and explained everything well that you understand how it worked in ancient Egypt at that time. It was really TOP

An unforgettable excursion - The trip to the Giza pyramids was an unforgettable experience for me and my family. We took a minibus from hurghada to Cairo, which was very pleasant – enough space, clean and a relaxed ride, especially with the family. The very arrival at the pyramids was overwhelming. No matter how many times you have seen them in pictures, in real life they are simply impressive. This greatness, this story – you really feel that you are standing in a very special place. For us as a family it was a very nice moment to be there together and to collect memories. The excursion was well organized, everything went smoothly and without stress. We had enough time to take photos, look around and enjoy the atmosphere. Also for children the excursion is well suited, as everything was clear and well planned. Overall, it was a very successful day that we will all remember well. I can recommend this trip to anyone visiting Cairo – especially if you want to experience it with family. The pyramids must be seen just once in your life.

Beautiful excursion - A modern minivan with two friendly drivers. Our guide Mansur was very helpful with all questions and photos. The shop visits were without constraint. It is a strenuous 22h tour that you have to do at least once.

Pyramids - It was okay, thank you! The road was long and difficult, but it was worth it, visited all the historical sites, looked at the pyramids, the sphinx, visited the museum and took a boat ride! But it takes a lot of strength and stamina to get through it, the tour is not for wimps!

Beautiful day in Cairo - We had a beautiful day in Cairo. Around 1 am we were picked up from our hotel. In a small minivan we went to Cairo with 8 people. After some waiting at the checkpoints, we arrived around 8.30. We then made a small cruise on the Nile. Then went to the Grand Egyptic Museum. What a beautiful building and what a beautiful collection. After about 2 hours of being shown around there we went for lunch. Or no, not at all, first stop by a spice shop (before the sale). Then we went to lunch. After lunch to the pyramids and the sphinx. This was also beautiful, despite the many street vendors. At the end of the day we stop by a perfume shop (for sale). And after a long day the drive back to the hotel. Here we arrived around 0.00 am. All in all a very long day, but definitely worth it. A tip for the organization. Our guide (I thought his name was Hamar) was quite pushy, rushed and talked a lot. In addition, he constantly wanted to speak and left little room. He also explained everything in three languages (English, German, Arabic), while we had asked for English. There were people in the group who only understood German or Arabic. This made the already long day quite exhausting.

Things to do just for the pyramids - It was a must but I was not motivated by the 7 h drive to go and 7 back. So already in minibus it’s more like 6h max and we’re pretty settled. The pyramids , a wonder but the rest really.... The non-stop running even to the pyramids where time is running out, the guide advised us the camel ride supposedly to have an unforgettable view of the pyramids. My daughter went there , 10 euros , camels are abused and in the end the guy would not let her go if she did not give money . Then the sphinx , just enough time to take pictures The visit to the papyrus factory is rather a store where prices are very high . Then the perfume, the same thing. The meal is a very mediocre buffet as everywhere in Egypt. Finally departure for the felucca ride on the Nile but if you don’t want to do it you have to wait 20 minutes in the minivan before going to the museum and have only 1/4 hour for the whole museum with a guide certainly friendly but who gave us no explanation and left us hanging around the museum with as appointment in 10 minutes. But I don’t just regret the pyramids

A day with many impressions, both beautiful and less beautiful. - The tour itself was nice, we saw everything the program includes. Unfortunately, our drivers were not the friendliest and no communication took place during the journey. The drivers were visibly dissatisfied with the tip they received from the tour group, prompting one of the drivers to not even say goodbye when he left the car. Our tour guide in Cairo was professionally very good, but unfortunately we felt like we were in a marathon. Especially in the museum we were really rushed, so the older participants of our "tour group" had problems with getting behind. Unfortunately, no account was taken of that, which was a shame. Despite everything, we had a great tour group and a nice, if very busy day.

Friendly driver but felt rushed at pyramids - Collected at 1.20 returned by 11.30 so a very long day. Staff are friendly and helpful but on the way there we had so many breaks which are it take alot longer. There was only 2 groups so no idea how they can say it 16-18 hours when realistically took 22 hours. Museum very rushed, nile trip was really good, random stop at perfume oil place which we felt very intimidated to buy something and when we didn't there attitudes changed. Lunch wasn't very nice at all and plates were dirty. The pyramids are rushed and if you want good pictures you have to either get a carriage ride or camel ride which costs extra but you have no choice and I don't like supporting animal abuse. I felt really ill at the end think possibly sunstroke and there was no concern just interested in selling us things.

Poor! - Advert says small group of 8 people max but there was 13 people on our bus and we joined with another group so there was close to 30 people in our group, Egyptolpgist guide was constantly on her phone taking phone calls and repetition the same information again and again, we only had 1 break to stretch our legs on the return journey and it was after 5 hours so we all had cramp. Minibus is very uncomfortable and packed. Guide rushed us from one area to the next not giving us the stated time at each location. Barely had time to take photos and didnt have time to go inside the pyramid because of this. Overall poor experience and would not recommend!
