A full 5-star experience - Our pickup was right on time in the morning, and the van was comfortable and air-conditioned, which made the long drive to Luxor really easy and relaxing. Traveling in a small group was perfect—it felt personal, cozy, and way more enjoyable than being part of a huge tour. Once we arrived in Luxor, the magic of the city hit immediately. Ancient history surrounds you at every corner, but what really made it come alive was our tour guide, Nuba. She is absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, and clearly deeply passionate about Egypt’s history. From the first moment, it was obvious that this isn’t just a job for her—it’s a calling. She has this ability to make every story, every temple, and every tomb fascinating, and she explains things in a way that feels natural and interesting, never overwhelming. Visiting the Valley of the Kings was a highlight that I’ll never forget. Walking through those ancient tombs and listening to Nuba explain the pharaohs’ lives, rituals, and afterlife was completely captivating. She gave us plenty of time to explore, take photos, and really soak it all in, so it didn’t feel rushed at all. You could tell she genuinely wants everyone to enjoy the experience fully. Everywhere we went, Nuba was incredibly attentive. She checked that everyone was comfortable, offered helpful tips, and made sure we didn’t miss a thing. The pace of the tour was just right, and she kept everything organized without making it feel like we were on a strict schedule. Her calm, friendly energy made the day feel effortless. Lunch was another treat—a local Egyptian restaurant with delicious, fresh food. It was the perfect chance to relax, chat with the group, and refuel before exploring more of Luxor. Honestly, every detail of this tour, from timing to meals to the flow of the day, felt carefully thought out. By the time we headed back to Hurghada, we were tired but completely happy. This wasn’t just a tour; it was a journey—an experience that let us connect with the history and culture of Luxor in a way that felt personal, authentic, and unforgettable.

Day in Luxor - I recently did the Luxor tour from Hurghada with HurghadaToGo, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Egypt. The small group (only 4 of us) made it feel very personal and relaxed. The minivan was super modern and comfortable brand new 2025 model maybe and the whole trip felt confortable. We visited all the top sites: Karnak Temples, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made ancient history come alive. Lunch by the Nile was delicious, and the stop at the alabaster workshop added a nice cultural touch.

Thanks Viator - I highly recommend traveling by mini-bus, especially for the day trip from Hurghada to Luxor, which took about 4 hours each way. We were picked up from our hotel right on time, and our tour guide was excellent. We began our visits at Karnak Temple. I have knee and leg issues, and two ladies in our group used walking aids, but our guide was very considerate throughout the tour, allowing us plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the sites at our own pace. Visiting Luxor was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and we truly enjoyed it. The guide was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and even adjusted the pace toward the end to accommodate everyone. I’m very glad I joined this tour and would definitely book with Viator again. We are especially thankful to our guide for making the trip so enjoyable.

Beautiful experience, experience adhere to program - Our bus drivers were again great, thanks to fast arrival Karnaktempel experienced with few people and was really great. Afterwards Valley of the Kings in the burial chambers many people under a oppressive atmosphere and some only accessible with additional admission, our guide may have earned something extra 🤷 After approaching through barren deserts and mountain scenery, Luxor is already worth a trip. All in all again a nice trip. Gladly again with the provider, with the experience gained we will stick to the planned program on next trips.

Sights to see absolutely... - Sights to see absolutely but the problem was that we had a guide obviously in a hurry giving few relevant explanations, and speaking a more than approximate French. No time to breathe everything was visited in hurry, it ruined the experience
