A day snorkelling with family - A great mixed day of activities - we snorkelled on 2 reefs, visited Orange Island and then headed back for Banana Boat rides. We saw dolphins along the way !. Crew was great, good English spoken and great conversations to be had. Lunch was served onboard and was really tasty. Drinks available for the duration.

Very good - It was a very enjoyable trip with the Q's O'Oye team and their activities were diverse and beautiful with very good diving staff and I want to return this trip with the same team.

Excellent - Employees aren’t much concerned about safe communication issues. They let the hotel get away. The crews are enough. They allowed free swimming

Very good trip - We ended up on this boat by accident because the tour we had booked initially had a problem. It was very lucky since the trip and the crew were great. There was one rude guy among the tourists conplaining about the oxygen tanks (seems it was working for everyone except him…) but the crew handled it well and all the rest of the day was very good.

I repeatedly go to diving and orange bay trip and this one was my worst time ever - I’m half Egyptian and half American, and I often return to my home country mainly to visit Hurghada for one reason only: diving. Unfortunately, this trip was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Egypt, even though it’s my third trip this month (October) on the same yacht. This time, everything was completely unorganized and random. There weren’t enough snorkeling or diving tools, and we had to wait far too long. I kept asking repeatedly for a snorkel and mask just to get a chance to go into the water. The staff said the dive would last 15 minutes, but it ended up being a random five minutes that I wouldn’t even count as a real dive. The organizer, Metwally, was rude and treated people based on their ethnicity. I'm an Egyptian-American doctor who speaks four languages and looks Egyptian, I shouldn’t have to act like a tourist to receive decent treatment in my own country. In my previous trips with Mahmoud (the diver) and Gohary, the crew were always well-organized, friendly, and eager to make everyone happy. Those were great experiences on the same yacht, which makes this time especially disappointing.I didn’t negotiate the price at all, so there was no reason for anyone to act disrespectfully. I’ve always tipped the yacht crew at least 10 to 20 USD and sometimes up to 50 USD after each trip, but this time when Metwally collected the tips, he intentionally skipped me. He’s by far the worst organizer I’ve ever dealt with, and in future trips, I’ll make sure he’s not on the boat.I visit Egypt with my American fiancée at least six times a year to enjoy and appreciate the country, not to feel disrespected or frustrated. Even she was shocked by how disorganized and careless the crew were this time. It’s a shame, because it’s the same boat, the same captain, and some truly nice crew members like Tito, Saleh, and Ahmed (the diver with the long hair), who were still polite and helpful.Unfortunately, some crew members seemed more focused on joking around with girls than doing their work. I even saw one behaving inappropriately with another guest’s girlfriend. That kind of behavior is embarrassing and damages Egypt’s reputation as one of the world’s best destinations for marine life and diving.

Scam - I was forced to give 5 stars even though I didn’t want to. The water activity was canceled, there were no cold drinks, the tip was mandatory, there were long waits for departure, transfers, and more

Worrying and dubious agency - Worrying and dubious agency. They forced my daughter when she found herself alone in front of the toilet to put 5 stars. They forced him to create an account and even allowed themselves to put heart emojis on the review. I’m going to rush to change his forced mind. On top of that, they forced us all to tip the boat. False advertising: we had no nautical activity (pulled buoy etc) that the children waited until the end, for farcical reasons. In reality the departure is delayed on purpose so that we do not have time to make them. No glass, no cold drinks, just one hot soda bottle and no choice. In the nearby boat you can see a variety of cold drinks, and we were really the minimum. We waited for the driver to return to the hotel more than 50min outside under the sun. This driver who claimed to be the manager promised to make us do the buoy another moment when I saw my dissatisfaction, but obviously he never honored his promise. Me I paid more than the posted price since I was put in touch by French hurghada voyage who just recovered his commission, without giving any compensation. It is an agency that doesn’t even respond to such, and that makes sure that we can never leave a review about them, g had to complain otherwise. if you want a quality excursion I recommend going through another agency
