Amazing experience - Amazing team, very professional and friendly. Whole trip was great, we saw see cow and turtles. Food on cruise was perfect. Totally recommend.

Great boat ride with two snorkel stops! - From Marsa Alam we were picked up from the hotel at noon. From the port it started with 15 people plus crew. The snorkel stops were accompanied very professionally. There were life jackets and a small boat. With that you could always get back on the ship. The whole crew was totally attentive. People were constantly offered drinks and asked how it was liked and if everything was ok. In the evening there was a barbecue at sunset. First, a delicious fish soup. Then fish, chicken, shrimp and beef from the grill, salads, rice etc. All really good and tasty. We really enjoyed the day. The small boat was used by those who wanted to look for sea turtles and manatees. We've seen turtles, too. When snorkeling, of course, many fish. We felt very comfortable and pleased that we booked this ride! After returning to the port you could stroll there for an hour and see the shops.

Beautiful tour - It is beautiful excursion with 3 stations for snorkeling. We were lucky that the ship was not fully occupied that day. It is a German speaking tour guide on board who can translate to just about anything.

Top day!! - It was a lovely day with very friendly staff, the food was delicious and my 1st snorkel experience was impressive! The staff is doing everything they can to make you have a great experience, keep it up....a big 10 of us 😀

Super nice boat trip - The boat was really beautiful. Very many staff (10) and not very many guests (20). The food is made fresh on the boat (with the barbeque) and the tables are neatly laid. There were 2 snorkel instructors with us to guide everything underwater well.

Highly Recommended for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service - Amazing trip. They came on time to pick me up. The boat and bathrooms were very clean. The Bathrooms had nice scent. I really appreciated that they don't serve alcoholic drinks onboard. The food was incredibly delicious, light, and well-served. The staff were organized, very friendly. There were 3 snorkeling stops where I was lucky to see Sting ray and Clownfish. I spotted dolphins while the boat was sailing.

Experience not to be missed. - Couples holiday in Marsa Alam. Best hike we've done. Not so cheap but very happy with the choice made. Money well spent. We had a boat all to ourselves being the only ones present. Very kind, welcoming and qualified staff. Delicious food cooked on the boat (ate the best pasta in Marsa Alam and best meal of the week). Snorkeling in the turtle bay a wonder. It was like a honeymoon. I'd make it a thousand times tall.

Experience VIP Elite Cruise - It had been a truly unforgettable experience, the staff super nice and not greedy at all. The boss of the yacht also mega likeable and totally accommodating. We were lucky enough to be completely alone on the yacht, which of course gave the experience a completely different feeling. The 2 snorkelling courses were definitely worth their money too. The dive guide, who had always been there, explained everything about the individual fish, and even some interesting facts about the individual fish. The swaps themselves were long enough to see everything and you didn't feel the pressure of time at all. The buffet was also just amazing and I haven’t eaten this delicious in ages. Even the remaining pieces were taken directly from the plate so that it was always clean. The waiter also definitely worth recommending. A great appearance, nice and accommodating, takes pictures of us without wanting anything in return, and the whole atmosphere just great. Booking through our provider Alltours also worked great. Both arrival and collection. From Pickalbatros Sea world Resort. Finally, the unforgettable view at sunset. So I can really keep with my 21 years proud that it was the most beautiful view I ever had. The tour at the port had also been quite nice, however you are usually overrun there by sellers who want to get you something, and that is also the only thing I say that it was not nice.

Nice trip, bad experience with guides - We booked this tour through TUI at our hotel, and were informed about the day ahead. We were told what to expect and also told what to take with us, including €10 for environment tax - no problem. Upon being picked up from the hotel, we were told by the guide to give him the tax money which we did, then he also told us that we needed cash for the boat in case we wanted photos etc and that tipping was a must (we weren’t told this before booking). He then made us go to the ATM in the hotel, but we told him we weren’t comfortable with the exchange rate. We were then taken to the ATM at the marina which was broken. We boarded the boat and had a nice experience during the trip. The trip was as expected with three snorkelling opportunities, equipment included and lunch which was lovely. We felt incredibly safe during the snorkelling, the guide pointed out different fish and we saw dolphins which was a nice experience. The boat was incredibly clean also. There was a photographer regularly taking photos throughout the trip which was fine, however at the end he came over to us and tried to sell us the photos, giving us a big speech about them. My partner asked me if I wanted to purchase the photos to which I politely declined, and he told the photographer that we would be okay. He then proceeded to tell my partner to not listen to me as I wasn’t listening and that he had wasted his time by not saying no straight away despite saying no to start with which was ignored. We were merely being polite by listening afterwards. Once we got off the boat the guide collared us and forced us to go to the now working ATM as tips were a must. He stood behind me as I was withdrawing money, repeatedly asking how much I was going to draw out, and told me to draw out 2000 Egyptian currency which was around £35-£40. Pressured, I withdrew 500 and he made us put it all in an envelope as tips. Despite having a nice day I have continually felt pressured to give money, despite having already paid around £65 each for the trip. I don’t mind giving tips at all, I just do not appreciate being forced and having someone stand behind me at an ATM.

Avoid never happened. Full refund given. - Experience never happened. Two days of wasted holidays due to no communication. If It hadn't been for us contacting the company, would still be waiting on getting picked up. They blamed weather but still no excuse for extra bad service.
