Hurghada Speedboat, Dolphin watching and snorkelling - We went on the tour today, looked after very well by Ahmed and his crew member who both proved to be a very capable and knowledgeable. They looked after the twelve of us, really well as we saw the dolphins, enjoyed the snorkelling and it made for a very enjoyable morning.

Very nice morning - We had a wonderful private boat trip with our family, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Captain Abdo and our guide Sarpi were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our 4-year-old daughter, which made the experience even more special for us. A big thank you also to Ivana, who handled our booking via WhatsApp. She went above and beyond to help return my daughter’s goggles after the trip—such a thoughtful gesture that really touched us. The whole process was smooth and well-organized, from the punctual pick-up to the clear explanations throughout the journey. While we didn’t get to see dolphins or turtles this time, the crew truly did their best to find them and made the effort count. No hidden fees, no surprises—everything was transparent and honest. We had a lovely morning, and I’m truly grateful for the memories we made. Highly recommend!

An unforgettable experience – beyond our expectations! - We booked a speedboat excursion in private group, a little backwards at the start. The outside of the hotel and the very affordable rate seemed suspicious compared to what we know in France for this kind of service. When they arrived at the marina, the doubt persisted as many groups boarded the boats. We were afraid that the "private" wasn't really... But we did well to trust! A guide picked us up and led us to a beautiful boat, just for my girlfriend, me, the captain and him. From the outset, they asked us what we wanted to do. As our dream was to swim with the dolphins, the captain sped off before the other boats even left port, determined to make our wish come true. He gave his all, chaining the spots to find the dolphins. And in the end... it was magic. At Dolphin House, we swam with a group of about fifteen dolphins, including a baby, for about ten minutes. They were curious, close to us, their songs echoed underwater... a moment out of time. The trip didn’t stop there: we then explored two beautiful spots of snorkeling, rich in marine wildlife, then ended up on a sandbank in the middle of nowhere, perfect for incredible photos. As the excursion drew to a close, the captain received a call reporting a group of dolphins of a rare species nearby. He did not hesitate for a second to extend the exit to show us them. A huge thank you to Sayed and Masry, who were just great! Thanks to them, we had the most beautiful moments of our trip to Egypt. If you only have to choose one activity: take this one with your eyes closed.

Safe, reliable and very customer-focused. An absolute knockout experience - We did a private speed boat trip to Magawish Island as well as snorkeling on the reef/s. The experience itself is incredible, Captain Momo and our guide, Hamada, were really cool and made the experience feel safe and very fun. The snorkeling itself is amazing, the reef is crystal clear and trhiving with marine life. The water is super warm and gentle, making swimming/snorkeling pleasant and a lot of fun. The boat itself seems like a fishing/speedboat so it is not really fancy, but it is safe and gets the job done. Magawish Island is quite overhyped, though I suppose for photos it looks great but its quite boring to be honest and very under developed aside from the bar in the centre (which is VERY expensive). I cannot recommend Go Shalabi enough though in respect of the ease of collection and dropping off at hotel, the responsiveness and great communication skills of Ivana once you make a booking as well as the knowledge and customer skills of the Captain and the guide. The price of a private charter, although not cheap, is still reasonable and in all honesty, SO worth it as the Captain literally asks you where you want to go and how long you want to stay, you can even visit 5 reefs if you want, or visit one reef and go home - there is no pressure to go anywhere specific or to rush through the experience. 10/10

impressive - the tour was great, our guide seif and the driver abdu (I hope I remember the right name) were very friendly. we felt very safe. we went with two little kids (1 and 3) and they were great with the kids. we saw a few dolphins and the snorkeling was impressive. our guide also took photos and clips, so we will always remember the trip. an ukrain girl picked us up at the hotel und brought us back. she was also so nice, especially with our kids. we also saw two islands, there it looks like in the caribeean. white sand and cristall blue water. alltogether we felt very comfortable und we will come back one day. so we can totally recommend this tour.

Amazing day out, fabulous guides - We booked a private speedboat trip and couldn't have been happier with the entire day. We visited some incredible snorkelling spots and had a visit to Magawish island which was beautiful- we were advised it was a bit quieter than the popular Orange Bay. Our Captain Ahmed and guide Gimi really made our trip though. The boat was so much fun they were friendly, chatty and made sure we were well fed and watered throughout the trip. Also Gimi's photos and videos were brilliant! They were in constant communication with other boats and worked so hard ro help us find dolphins which we eventually did! I also noticed once we spotted dolphins they were quick to signal surrounding boats to slow down, they would also slow down to pick up any litter, plastic etc they spotted in the sea which I was impressed by. Overall I couldn't recommend this trip more and would love to do it again should we revisit Hurghada!

Painful and deafening - Mr Shalabi appears to book speedboats and drivers according to demand, meaning that you have no control over your choice of transport. The following only refers to boat Milly, driver Basil. Offered was.: Dolphin watching, 2 snorkel sites, lunch and beach stop. This was all supplied, although the dolphin watching was actually a disgraceful scrum of speeding, swerving boats completely surrounding a pod of dolphins. The speedboat ride involved a boat being raced at bone-jarring speed while being entertained by someones personal playlist of techno pop being played at full volume on damaged speakers. We ended the day soaked, sore and deafened. Perhaps recommended for teenagers

Outboard dolphins, snorkeling - Very disappointed with this experience that we could not do ... Our daughter made the reservations, on the voucher no details, no more when recalling the pick-up time. A shuttle picks us up at the notified time. Arriving at the boat , we are asked for 20 euros ... which we did not have since we leave for the morning by boat and snorkeling and everything has been paid. No one speaks French, so communication is difficult. We offer to pay half and the rest upon return to the hotel. One person is OK, not the others. It lasts 15 minutes. Very annoyed by the turn of events we die to leave , knowing that we do not know the place and have only a few Egyptian books on us. We are lucky enough to find a taxi that picks us up, takes us to the hotel or we settle it on arrival. We missed an activity that we expected , the organizer made no effort to understand the situation because if you needed 20 euros more why not pay for the pickup from the hotel? And obviously, we have not been reimbursed the 70 euros committed

Miserable fraud - Poor fraudsters who stole 20 euros from me for an underwater video that they did not deliver even 10 days after the trip, despite inquiries on WhatsApp
