Mosque El Mina Masjid - Architecturally, El Mina Mosque is one of the most renowned and beautiful mosques in the Red Sea governorate. Originally constructed in 1968, the old structure was recently replaced with a new one. Construction of the new building began in 2006, and it was officially opened by the government in 2012, accommodating 9,000 to 10,000 worshippers. This exquisite mosque is located in the heart of Hurghada, near the Hurghada Marina and the Hurghada Shipyard. Built entirely of pure white marble, the mosque features two impressive minarets, each approximately 40 meters tall. The facades are adorned with traditional, oriental ornaments and carvings. Inside, the mosque is breathtaking, with elegant chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, intricate arches, carved and engraved walls, and a dome 25 meters high.
