• Hurghada - At approximately 1:00 AM, guests will be collected from their hotel and transported to Cairo in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Upon arrival, a tour guide will greet them and provide guidance throughout the tour.
• Grand Egyptian Museum - Visitors will meet their Egyptologist tour guide at the museum to begin their day. They can explore the cutting-edge Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the largest archaeological museum globally, housing over 100,000 artifacts, or the historic Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. When booking, guests should specify their preferred museum.
• The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Guests will meet their Egyptologist tour guide at the museum to start their day. They can choose to visit the state-of-the-art Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the largest archaeological museum in the world with over 100,000 artifacts, or the ancient Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. When booking, guests should indicate their museum preference.
• Giza - Enjoy a delightful lunch.
• Pyramids of Giza - The tour will proceed to the magnificent pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. The pyramid tour concludes at the Sphinx and the nearby temple. Due to the convoy, the journey from Hurghada to Cairo (one way) may take between 6 and 8 hours, as all buses and cars must travel with a police escort for safety.
• Cairo - As all buses must wait for the convoy departing Cairo for Hurghada at day’s end, guests will have the opportunity to make one or two of the following stops: visits to the Papyrus Museum and the Essential Oil Factory. These attractions offer insight into the ancient Egyptian methods of producing papyrus and essences. These fascinating visits will enhance understanding of daily life in ancient Egypt and support the Egyptian farmers who maintain these traditional crafts from ancient times. (While waiting for the convoy to return)
