Pyramids of Giza - Day 01: Hurghada / Tours to Cairo / Fly to Luxor

Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Hurghada by a modern, air-conditioned private vehicle for a journey to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo airport, a private Egyptologist guide will accompany them to explore the magnificent Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, as well as the Sphinx, featuring a pharaoh’s head and a lion’s body, dating back to King Chephren’s reign. Visitors will also see the Valley Temple of Chephren’s pyramid. Lunch will be provided at a high-quality local restaurant in Cairo.

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Next, the tour proceeds to the Egyptian Museum, showcasing artifacts from the Pharaonic era. The museum houses a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art, regarded as the world’s largest collection of Egyptian art. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are on display, including a special exhibition of Tutankhamun’s treasures, gold, and jewelry, which remained sealed in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

Islamic Cairo - The journey continues to Islamic Cairo, where guests can explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic bazaar. In the evening, they will be transported to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor, where they will be greeted and transferred to their hotel.

Luxor Temple - Day 02: Luxor Tours

Luxor Temple: This temple was the focal point of the significant Opet festival. Primarily constructed by Amenhotep III and Rameses II, the temple served as a venue for the festival’s rituals, aimed at reconciling the ruler’s human and divine aspects. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Luxor with a view of the Nile. In the evening, guests can opt for a Sound and Light Show at Karnak, which begins with a historical overview of Thebes’ founding and the construction of Karnak Temple.

Temple of Karnak - Karnak Temple is the largest ancient religious site known globally, and no site in Egypt is more awe-inspiring than Karnak. It is the most extensive temple complex ever constructed by humans, representing the collective achievements of numerous generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak comprises three main temples spread over 247 acres.

Luxor Museum - Luxor Museum and overnight in Luxor
This exceptional museum features a carefully curated and excellently displayed collection of antiquities, ranging from the end of the Old Kingdom to the Mamluk period, primarily sourced from Theban temples and necropolis. Although the ticket price may deter some, it is one of Luxor’s most rewarding attractions and among Egypt’s finest museums.

Colossi of Memnon - Day 03: Luxor Tours

After breakfast at the hotel in Luxor, guests will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide in a private air-conditioned vehicle to visit the west bank of the Nile and see the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon).

Valley of the Kings - The tour continues to the Valley of the Kings, where visitors can explore the magnificent tombs, visiting three tombs excluding Tutankhamun’s.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - The tour proceeds to Hatshepsut Temple in El Deir El Bahary, an impressive temple dedicated to the only female pharaoh to rule Egypt. Finally, guests will be transferred from Luxor to their hotel in Hurghada in a private air-conditioned vehicle, a journey of approximately four hours.
